• We do not add commission, advertising charges or handling charges to any invoices received from contractors for repairs and maintenance
• We have a state of the art computer package that enables us to account accurately to all landlords and tenants
• We are supported by an out of hours maintenance provider
• We strongly believe that property management should be a partnership between agent and landlord, and whether long or short term, this partnership should be built on mutual respect and trust.

Oliver James are members of the OFT Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme. Member firms are required to work within a robust code of practice, which covers the key stages in letting and managing a property.
