Senior Appian Developer / Process Automation Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Senior Appian Developer with a strong background in process automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will contribute to both new digital transformation initiatives and the continuous improvement of existing applications and business processes.

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing workflows and interfaces within the Appian platform. You will work on complex process challenges and play a key role in ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimizing Appian workflows and user interfaces
- Building and maintaining integrations with enterprise systems
- Identifying improvement opportunities based on user feedback and process analysis
- Advising on automation and platform optimization opportunities
- Ensuring quality and best practices within development processes
- Coaching fellow developers and sharing technical expertise
- Collaborating within agile and multidisciplinary teams
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Appian development
- Experience with enterprise integrations and security concepts
- Appian Senior Developer certification is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with process optimization
