We’re working with a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT function, supporting a variety of application and infrastructure projects. The Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas to define and manage requirements through the full delivery lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in shaping IT solutions, optimising business processes, and supporting change initiatives across the firm.
Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, business case development, and process optimisation

Define project scope and ensure requirements traceability to business benefits

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to influence decisions and drive delivery

Support testing and user acceptance activities

Contribute to continuous improvement and business performance initiatives
About You
-
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Legal, Financial, or IT environments

Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management skills

Confident communicator able to facilitate workshops and present to senior audiences

Experienced in managing multiple projects and priorities

Knowledge of Agile or other delivery methodologies is advantageous
