Business Analyst – AI Transformation

About the Role

A leading financial services organization is driving enterprise-wide AI adoption, starting with Finance. This role will bridge business and technology teams to deliver practical AI agent solutions that create measurable impact.

You will play a hands-on role in shaping AI use cases, managing stakeholders, supporting delivery, and driving adoption within a structured transformation program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance and business units to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Define practical, well-scoped AI agent solutions aligned with business priorities.

  • Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations with an MVP mindset.

  • Design and optimize prompts (English & Chinese) and refine AI agent configurations.

  • Establish governance, guardrails, and usage standards.

  • Support sprint planning, backlog management, testing (UAT), and validation.

  • Track delivery progress, risks, service quality, and adoption metrics.

  • Collaborate with Technology teams on system and API integration.

  • Plan and support go-live activities including training, communications, and documentation.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools in business settings strongly preferred.

  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).

  • Ability to write structured prompts in English and Chinese.

  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or workflow tools is advantageous.
