Claim Operations Team Leader
We’re seeking a Claim Operations Team Leader to drive operational excellence, support staff development, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workflows and ensure SLAs and performance standards are achieved

Assign and manage team workload to drive productivity and quality

Develop and improve processes, reporting, and operational metrics

Coach, train, and support team members to enhance performance

Act as an escalation point for complex issues

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:

Prior claims support experience (e.g., FNOL, payment processing)

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ImageRight
-
Ability to drive performance and build a positive team environment
3 Days per week in office required from NYC or NJ with a salary up to $100,000 + 10% annual bonus and a clear development plan for the future.
