Claim Operations Team Leader

We’re seeking a Claim Operations Team Leader to drive operational excellence, support staff development, and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily workflows and ensure SLAs and performance standards are achieved

  • Assign and manage team workload to drive productivity and quality

  • Develop and improve processes, reporting, and operational metrics

  • Coach, train, and support team members to enhance performance

  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Prior claims support experience (e.g., FNOL, payment processing)

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ImageRight

  • Ability to drive performance and build a positive team environment

3 Days per week in office required from NYC or NJ with a salary up to $100,000 + 10% annual bonus and a clear development plan for the future.
