Role Purpose
A leading organization is undergoing a major finance transformation and is leveraging AI to optimize and automate key finance processes. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, focusing on delivering practical AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. The organization aims to build an innovative in-house capability to reduce reliance on external consultancies and accelerate transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Finance Process Optimization: Work with finance teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements in areas like forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Solution Delivery: Design and deploy AI tools (e.g., decision support systems, copilots), ensuring seamless integration with core finance systems (e.g., Power BI, Python, and Databricks).
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to shape requirements, deliver iterative solutions, and drive adoption across the finance function.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to enterprise governance, compliance, and audit standards.
- Business Impact Measurement: Quantify outcomes such as improved efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
Candidate Profile
Target Experience:
- 2-5 years in finance, analytics, or consulting roles, with exposure to AI or advanced analytics.
- Currently employed in one of Big 5 consulting companies (KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PWC, Accenture)
- Familiarity with finance processes (FP&A, planning, reporting) and technical tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, Databricks).
- Track record of delivering business-focused, practical solutions with measurable results.
