Jira Admin / Engineer – Contract – Swiss Client – Remote
We’re looking for an experienced Jira Admin / Engineer to support, optimise, and enhance Jira Service Management workflows, automations, and integrations across IT and other business functions. This is a contract/project role, not permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Jira and Jira Service Management workflows, automations, and integrations
- Customise workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet business needs
- Support administration of Jira/JSM instances, including user management and project configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes
- Use REST APIs to automate processes and integrate Jira with other platforms
- Develop technical documentation and deliver training for end-users
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 5+ years of experience implementing processes on Jira and/or Jira Service Management
- Strong Jira customisation experience
- Experience with Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner apps
- Experience with REST APIs, and optionally Groovy or Python
