Medior/Senior Full Stack .Net dev/devops – the job :
As a Medior/Senior Full Stack .NET Dev/DevOps, you will work on a robust distributed system deployed worldwide.
You’ll combine software development expertise with a DevOps and automation mindset, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of complex applications.
Your role will go beyond coding new features – you will:
- Maintain, evolve, and modernize a large existing codebase.
- Use AI-assisted tools for analysis, documentation, refactoring, and code quality improvement.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Contribute to the observability stack (Grafana, monitoring, logging).
- Support the maintenance team and perform system updates and integrations on-site or remotely.
- Ensure systems run smoothly in live, high-stakes environments with zero downtime expectations.
This position requires resilience under pressure, rigorous technical standards, and the ability to act decisively in production-critical contexts.

Development & Tools:
- Git (GitLab, GitHub), CI/CD, Jira, Grafana, React Native
- Python, JavaScript, SQL, C# / .NET
Infrastructure & Services:
- Nginx, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Elastic Search, ActiveMQ, High availability setups
- Docker (Swarm), VMWare
- TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, basic firewalling concepts

Medior/Senior Full Stack .Net dev/devops – your profile :
– 5+ years of experience in software development (.NET / C# and Full Stack)
– Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, automation)
– Advanced SQL knowledge and solid React / React Native experience
– Capable of code analysis, optimization, and technical debt reduction
– Comfortable managing production systems and troubleshooting live issues
– Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
– Fluent in French, with strong technical English
– Willing to travel occasionally for on-site deployments
– One day of remote work per week
