POSITION DUTIES: |
Oversee the growth and development of all employees. Analyze, create, and deliver learning and development initiatives. Prepare and deliver core education programs from new starter fundamentals to advanced sales management and leadership best practice. Identify, research, and implement new complex sales models within the business to ensure sustained growth. Monitor employee engagement levels and development pathways to ensure maximum retention of staff. Advise senior stakeholders on opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability across sales operations. Log employee development and provide advice on talent pipelining and promotion decisions. Act as a senior advisor to the business on growth potential and internal capabilities. Oversee the creation and implementation of internal and external Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Deliver training and upskilling to employees on internal systems. |

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: |
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field plus two years of full-time experience in occupations involving technical recruiting, learning and development, executive coaching or related occupations. |
