We are seeking a Private Equity Supervisor to lead fund accounting and financial reporting for a suite of private equity funds. This role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on fund administration, supporting both new and established fund managers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead audit and tax preparation processes

Oversee Capital Calls, Distributions, and Allocations to investors

Manage portfolio company financings and cash flow forecasting

Prepare Quarterly Reports for Limited Partners

Maintain investor data in fund administration systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

CPA preferred

3+ years in fund administration, direct fund operations, or public accounting for asset management clients
