The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for attracting the best talent for our clients in fast-growing sectors. You will identify, attract, and support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify top candidates, ensuring you can sell our service.
- Elevate relationships with existing candidates and clients.
- Manage the recruitment process
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet each client’s needs
- Ensure candidates are prepared and debriefed for interviews.
- Develop your own client network
- Stay informed about the market evolution and changes.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in French or Dutch AND English.
- Has a passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Has a dynamic, ambitious, and challenge-driven mindset.
- Can work well under pressure with a positive attitude and strong resilience.
- Has a good understanding of the tech sectors (cloud, IT, data, etc.) and related skills.
- Possesses strong negotiation and influencing skills.
