Risk Analyst
Oliver James are seeking a Risk Analyst to join a long- standing and highly successful London Market insurer in the City. This is an incredible opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated risk team. You will be joining a Global Insurer, where you will have access to strong progression plans and training. This role is hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Risk Management function with maintaining the risk registers.
- Providing 2nd line oversight to support the wider team.
- Supporting with the ORSA process and reporting.
- Perform quarterly control validation.
- Assist with route cause analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Liaise with colleagues and senior stakeholders across risk functions.
- Ensure all data is up to data and logged accurately.
- Provide training to stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Experience working within insurance and risk management is essential.
- Experience using Risk Management systems – preferably GRC tool experience.
- Able to prioritise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
