SAP HCM Consultant (Integration) – 12 month Contract – Remote
Our client is searching for a consultant with experience on integration projects, where their role is bridging the gap between business and IT. We’re looking to connect with a Business Analyst to support a major SAP HCM → S/4HANA upgrade and HR IT transformation project. This is a contract/project role, not permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse existing interfaces between SAP HCM on-premise systems and the future SAP S/4HANA landscape
* Produce detailed technical specifications, including field mappings, for development teams
* Design and execute system and integration test scenarios
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guide the release to production
* Collaborate closely with HR Solution Architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders
Requirements:
* Fluent in English
* Strong SAP HCM experience is a must
* Experience with middleware integration is desirable
* Mid to Senior level; minimum 3 years as an integration consultant
* Project experience and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge are a plus
