Primary Responsibilities:

Process and maintain technical accounting entries within underwriting and accounting systems

Manage a portfolio of complex accounts, resolving discrepancy with underwriting, claims, brokers, and other stakeholders

Oversee cash flow activities including bank setup, payment processing, and reconciliations

Analyze operational reports and provide insight to leadership, supporting operational improvements and strategic decisions

Support audit and regulatory requests by ensuring accurate documentation, timely responses, and adhere to contractual and reporting requirements

Provide mentoring and technical guidance to team members
Core Competencies:

5+ years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, accounting, underwriting support, or financial operations

Knowledge of technical accounting, claims, and reconciliations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office, advanced MS excel skills

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
