If you have 10 years + experience in transactional work and securities law ideally obtained at a Law firm then keep reading.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from a respected U.S. law school with strong
- Knowledge of registered securities offerings, PIPE’s, APO’s and SEC regulations, 1933 Act registration statement
- Experience with private mergers & acquisitions, secured lending, divestitures including spinoffs, special purpose entities, corporate governance, tender offers and going private transactions as well as general corporate law required
