Job Title: Staff Accountant / Financial Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a Staff Accountant / Financial Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and assist with the monthly close process
- Perform account reconciliations and manage cash activities
- Support regulatory filings and financial statement preparation
- Partner with senior team members and assist with ad hoc projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience working within a Insurance industry
- Experience in financial accounting or a similar role
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- General ledger experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Insurance industry or public accounting experience preferred
