Oliver James is looking for a highly motivated Team Lead KYC with strong management experience and a passion for tackling challenges. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to lead teams, manage KPIs, and drive performance. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in KYC and at least 3 years in people management. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
🔹 Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a KYC team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and manage team KPIs, ensuring targets are met and operational excellence is maintained.

Provide guidance and support on complex KYC cases.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and solve potential issues.

Report regularly on team performance and escalate any risks or concerns.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all KYC reviews.
🔹 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC within a regulated environment.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in team leadership or management.

Strong understanding of KYC processes, regulatory obligations, and risk assessment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage performance, deliver feedback, and motivate a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
