We are seeking a (Senior) Vice President, Investment Specialist to join a leading, advisor-focused investment platform. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic, relationship-driven professional who thrives on solving complex investment challenges and delivering tailored solutions to sophisticated clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant to a network of independent financial advisors, providing access to a wide range of investment solutions, including proprietary model portfolios, managed account strategies, third-party investments, private market opportunities, and capital markets offerings. This position offers the chance to work collaboratively across teams and make a tangible impact on advisor relationships and platform adoption. Regular travel is required to build and maintain these key relationships.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors and institutional clients
* Experience presenting investment solutions and market insights to sophisticated audiences
* 5-10 years of experience in investment product distribution, consulting, or related roles
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
* Series 7 and Series 65/66 registrations preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days
* Progress toward CFA, CIMA, or CAIA designations a plus
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Highly client-focused with attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
* Self-starter capable of working with autonomy in a collaborative team environment
* Willingness to travel regularly to meet with advisors and support business growth

As a (Senior) Vice President, Investment Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the investment team and some of the largest advisor relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with advisors to drive education, engagement, and adoption of investment solutions
* Prioritizing in-person engagement through travel, client meetings, and presentations
* Providing consultative advice, proprietary thought leadership, and tailored investment strategies for complex client needs
* Offering expert insights on third-party SMAs, private market investments, and capital markets solutions
* Coordinating across internal teams, third-party managers, and technology providers to streamline advisor support
* Hosting or leading educational initiatives in partnership with internal teams or external managers
* Collaborating with product, technology, marketing, and compliance teams to introduce new solutions and enhance existing offerings
