Role & Responsibilities
As a Workday Implementation Consultant, the successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing Workday Financial Management solutions across our client’s organization. Specific responsibilities include:
- Leading the deployment and integration of Workday Financial modules within the company.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure that system configurations meet the regulatory and compliance standards specific to the life insurance industry.
- Facilitating the collection, analysis, and migration of financial data across systems.
- Developing customized reports and dashboards to meet the needs of the finance department.
- Providing training and ongoing support to end-users of the Workday Financial Management system.
- Continuously monitoring the system’s performance and making adjustments as necessary to enhance functionality and user experience.
Key Skills
- Profound knowledge and expertise in Workday Financial Management implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial regulatory reporting as mandated by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) specifically for the life insurance sector.
