In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en help je hen met uiteenlopende vragen over dagelijkse bankzaken, digitale dienstverlening en accountbeheer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je ondersteunt klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat en zorgt ervoor dat iedere interactie professioneel, duidelijk en klantgericht verloopt. Sommige vragen zijn eenvoudig, maar steeds vaker krijg je te maken met complexere casussen waarbij analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend denken belangrijk zijn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt continu tussen systemen, klantvragen en verschillende communicatiestijlen. Risk"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Product Owner &#8211; Risk\/Analytics<\/strong><br \/>London (Hybrid)<br \/>Up to \u00a3110,000 + bonus<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We&#8217;re working with a specialist insurance business building out a genuinely interesting analytics platform at the core of how they underwrite risk, manage portfolios and allocate capital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">They&#8217;re looking for a Product Owner who can sit right in the middle of the business and engineering teams and make things actually move.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You&#8217;ll be shaping how a complex, data-heavy product evolves and making sure what gets built is both technically sound and commercially useful.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">* Owning and prioritising the product backlog for a core analytics platform<br \/>* Turning messy, complex business requirements into clear, usable work for engineers<br \/>* Working closely with underwriting, actuarial and portfolio teams to understand how they actually use the product<br \/>* Partnering with engineers and tech leads to make sure work is properly defined and deliverable<br \/>* Driving backlog refinement, sprint planning and release coordination<br \/>* Acting as the day-to-day bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders<br \/>* Making sure what gets delivered does what it&#8217;s supposed to do<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>What they&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">* Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on data or analytics-led products<br \/>* Some understanding of insurance or financial services (reinsurance experience is a big plus, but not essential)<br \/>* Comfortable working with engineers and talking through data, APIs and workflows<br \/>* Able to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules<br \/>* Strong stakeholder skills<br \/>* Familiar with Agile\/Scrum ways of working<br \/>* Ideally some exposure to SQL or working with structured data<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Why it&#8217;s worth a conversation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">* The product is central to how the business makes money, not a side project<br \/>* You&#8217;ll be working directly with domain experts including underwriters, actuaries and portfolio managers<br \/>* Proper ownership of backlog and direction, not just delivery admin<br \/>* A good mix of business complexity and technical challenge<\/p>\n<p>If this role sounds of interest please apply below or send through an up-to-date CV to <a href=\"mailto:Joss.Lawrence@Oliverjames.com\">Joss.Lawrence@Oliverjames.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Sm9zcy5MYXdyZW5jZS40MDUwNi4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Product Owner &#8211;
