accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Manipulate and analyse large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Support multiple release cycles within a multi-year enterprise transformation programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Strong data analysis and data manipulation experience with advanced Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within Life Insurance or Annuity products is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Previous involvement in policy administration system conversions or transformation programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Alteryx, Je komt terecht in een dynamische financeafdeling waar data, analyse en samenwerking met de business centraal staan. Binnen deze afdeling speelt data een cruciale rol: zij zorgen ervoor dat financi\u00eble informatie op de juiste manier wordt verwerkt, gerapporteerd en vertaald naar waardevolle inzichten voor de organisatie. Naast het maandafsluitingsproces is er volop ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van rapportages, dashboards en financi\u00eble processen.<\/p>\n<h2>De functieomschrijving<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van financi\u00eble en operationele data en het vertalen hiervan naar bruikbare inzichten voor verschillende stakeholders. Je werkt met grote hoeveelheden data, ondersteunt de financi\u00eble rapportages en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen en datakwaliteit. Gedurende de maand wisselen operationele werkzaamheden, zoals de financi\u00eble afsluiting, zich af met analyses en optimalisaties, waardoor je een afwisselende rol hebt.<\/p>\n<h2>Werkzaamheden<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Analyseren van financi\u00eble en operationele data.<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van dashboards en managementrapportages (o.a. in Power BI).<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbeterkansen binnen financi\u00eble processen.<\/li>\n<li>Vertalen van data naar heldere inzichten en adviezen voor de business.<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting, inclusief financi\u00eble boekingen.<\/li>\n<li>Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van rapportages, dataverwerking en financi\u00eble processen.<\/li>\n<li>Intensief samenwerken met collega&#8217;s binnen Finance en verschillende stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat breng jij?<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting.<\/li>\n<li>Goede basiskennis van finance, zoals debet\/credit, balans en cashflow.<\/li>\n<li>Een proactieve, hands-on instelling en een sterke drive om te leren.<\/li>\n<li>Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met data.<\/li>\n<li>Je communiceert gemakkelijk met collega&#8217;s en stakeholders en neemt zelf initiatief.<\/li>\n<li>Goede kennis van Excel en PowerPoint; ervaring met Power BI is een sterke pr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat bieden wij?<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei.<\/li>\n<li>Een leeromgeving waarin je de verschillende facetten van Finance en Controlling leert kennen.<\/li>\n<li>Goede begeleiding door ervaren collega&#8217;s en uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden.<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om hybride te werken (waarbij een aantal dagen op kantoor onderdeel is van de samenwerking).<\/li>\n<li>Marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Oliver James<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Via Oliver James krijg je toegang tot een sterk netwerk van toonaangevende organisaties binnen finance.
