processes are thoroughly documented with clearly identified risks and controls, and supports key operational processes, including procurement, rebates, SAP system support, finance transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>This position provides a strong blend of technical accounting, controls, compliance, and transformation responsibilities, offering the opportunity to make a broad contribution across governance, process improvement, and operational effectiveness.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties of the position, including but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and develop the Finance control framework in accordance with various regulatory requirements, ensuring procedures are documented, up to date, aligned with local and Group policies, and underpinned by clearly defined risk and control matrices.<\/li>\n<li>Design, manage, and maintain the controls testing framework, incorporating risk and control matrices, carrying out periodic control testing, and agreeing, monitoring, and following up on remediation actions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide testing results to local management and Group governance functions in line with agreed reporting timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Organisation department to implement Group policies within Finance, ensuring local procedures are aligned and effectively rolled out.<\/li>\n<li>Support procurement activities from a controls standpoint and conduct periodic reviews of procurement activity to confirm compliance with internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the end-to-end rebates process, liaising with third-party providers to ensure rebates are calculated accurately and paid promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Review and monitor SAP S\/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) licensing to ensure usage remains within authorised limits.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate revisions to key Finance governance documents for submission to local management and the Board, where required.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to Finance transformation and automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce manual OPDRACHT &#8211; 36 uur in de week<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De organisatie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je komt te werken bij de facilitaire afdeling van een grote, landelijk opererende Nederlandse organisatie in de infrastructuursector. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het facilitair beheer, huisvesting en vastgoed van 40 locaties in heel Nederland, waaronder kantoorlocaties en 24\/7-operationele omgevingen. De afdeling werkt vanuit drie kernprincipes: gebruikersgerichtheid, integraliteit en continui\u0308teit, en regie op uitbestede diensten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De opdracht<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Binnen deze afdeling speelt een complexe ICT-transitie die samenhangt met de overgang naar een nieuwe serviceomgeving (SOL). Jij bent de onafhankelijke professional die deze transitie analyseert, structureert en begeleidt naar een gedragen besluit.<\/p>\n<p>Je levert een volledig vastgesteld en gedocumenteerd besluit- en prioriteringsoverzicht op ten behoeve van het ICT Changeboard. Dit overzicht omvat onder andere een integrale beoordeling van alle lopende wijzigingsverzoeken en transitie-initiatieven, inzicht in onderlinge afhankelijkheden tussen systemen en processen, en een onderbouwd advies over ICT-integratie inclusief de rol van externe leveranciers.<\/p>\n<p>Concreet lever je op:<\/p>\n<p>Een integraal prioriteringsoverzicht voor het ICT Changeboard, inclusief besluitvorming met alle relevante stakeholders. Een afhankelijkheidsanalyse van systemen, processen en betrokken partijen. Een analyse van de relevante ICT-componenten binnen het contract Security Hardservices. Een onderbouwd transitieadvies, inclusief een uitvoerbaar voorstel voor de ICT-integratie naar de SOL-situatie. Een complete stakeholderanalyse met inzicht in betrokkenheid, belangen, verantwoordelijkheden en impact.<\/p>\n<p>De einddatum van de opdracht is 31 juli 2027. Je werkt zelfstandig, bepaalt zelf je aanpak en planning, en er is geen sprake van dagelijkse aansturing. De samenwerking met collega&#8217;s is projectmatig van aard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat vragen we van jou?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar. Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als ICT-consultant, ICT-adviseur of informatieanalist. Minimaal drie jaar aantoonbare ervaring met ICT-transities en\/of systeemintegraties binnen complexe organisaties. Sterke ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het begeleiden van besluitvormingsprocessen met meerdere interne en externe partijen. Aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van adviesrapportages, impactanalyses en besluitvormingsdocumenten. Kennis van ICT-architectuur, systeemkoppelingen en veranderprocessen. Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie ben jij?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe vraagstukken te doorgronden zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Je bent organisatiesensitief: je leest de dynamiek tussen stakeholders en handelt daar effectief op. Je communiceert helder en doelgroepgericht, of je nu schrijft voor een MT of een technisch team. across Asia and is seeking an experienced commercial professional who can originate, develop, and close complex wealth structuring opportunities.<\/p>\n<p> This is not a traditional retail HNW sales role.
