Oliver James is partnered with a leading global insurance organization seeking a Senior Internal Auditor<\/strong> to join its North America Audit team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex audit engagements across underwriting, claims, operational, and financial processes while partnering with stakeholders across the business.<\/p>\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced auditor looking to join a collaborative, global team that values professional development, continuous improvement, and exposure to a broad range of insurance operations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Lead risk-based internal audit engagements from planning through reporting.<\/li>\n
  • Perform risk assessments, control evaluations, and audit testing across operational and financial processes.<\/li>\n
  • Develop audit scopes, testing programs, and audit reports with practical recommendations.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate governance, risk management, and internal controls.<\/li>\n
  • Utilize data analytics to support audit planning and testing.<\/li>\n
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of audit methodology and best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Manage multiple audit engagements while ensuring projects are delivered on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of Internal Audit, Public Accounting, or relevant business experience.<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodology.<\/li>\n
    • Insurance industry experience, particularly underwriting and\/or claims, is highly preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Experience using data analytics tools is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.<\/li>\n
    • CPA or CIA certification preferred.<\/strong> Additional insurance or audit-related certifications are advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Het bestaat in veel vormen en wordt steeds slimmer. Misschien heb jij er zelf mee te maken gehad, ken je iemand die slachtoffer is geworden, of wil je graag helpen om fraude tegen te gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Nu kun jij het verschil maken. Je kunt aan de slag als fraudespecialist bij een van de drie grootste banken van Nederland. Je werkt vanuit Leeuwarden, deels thuis en deels op kantoor.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Als Fraude Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledig afhandelen van vragen en meldingen, van eerste contact tot oplossing. Je biedt persoonlijke service, onderzoekt signalen van fraude en pakt deze snel en zorgvuldig op om verdere schade te voorkomen.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s, ondersteunt waar nodig en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen. Zie je mogelijkheden tot verbetering, dan werk je deze uit en stem je af met andere teams.<\/p>\n<p>De startdatum is in februari. In de eerste weken word je volledig ingewerkt, krijg je een buddy toegewezen en leer je alle processen, zodat je daarna zelfstandig aan de slag kunt.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jouw werkzaamheden <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega’s en andere betrokkenen.<\/li>\n<li>Je beoordeelt meldingen van fraude en vergoedt klanten als dat nodig is.<\/li>\n<li>Je herkent nieuwe manieren van fraude en onderneemt direct actie.<\/li>\n<li>Je controleert opvallende betalingen en neemt contact op met klanten als dat nodig is.<\/li>\n<li>Je deelt informatie met instanties wanneer de bank daarom vraagt.<\/li>\n<li>Je helpt klanten bij vragen en problemen rondom credit- en betaalpasbetalingen.<\/li>\n<li>Je behandelt klachten en bezwaren van klanten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>De ideale kandidaat<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beschikbaar per augustus<\/li>\n<li>HBO werk- en denkniveau<\/li>\n<li>Diploma WFT basis (mocht je dit niet hebben, om bereid te zijn hem te behalen)<\/li>\n<li>Beheersen van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met telefonisch klantcontact<\/li>\n<li>Optimaal kunnen functioneren in een Agile omgeving<\/li>\n<li>Inzetbaar van maandag t\/m zondag tussen 7:00 – 00:00 uur<\/li>\n<li>Bereid te zijn om de eerste 12 weken dagelijks aanwezig te zijn op het mooie kantoor in Leeuwarden. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to the East Coast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys mentoring developers, driving Salesforce best practices, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.You’ll lead a high-performing Salesforce development team while remaining involved in solution architecture and complex development initiatives. You will need the ability to deep dive into the work of the team and demonstrate your hands-on experience.<\/p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce Developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development projects, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Product Managers, Salesforce Admins, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Oversee solution design, code quality, architecture reviews, and deployment processes<\/li>\n<li>Establish and promote development standards, CI\/CD best practices, and DevOps processes<\/li>\n<li>Support integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem, including third-party platforms and AI-enabled solutions<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, user experience, and development efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Experience<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including leadership of development teams<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and enterprise-scale enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow Builder, and Salesforce architecture<\/li>\n<li>Experience within financial services, lending, or fintech is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Experience with integrations including DocuSign, Slack, Git, Einstein AI, and other enterprise applications<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AgentForce, Gemini, Claude, and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI\/CD, and version control<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or other advanced Salesforce certifications are highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Sm9zaHVhLldpc2VtYW4uNjIzMzQuMTEzMDlAb2xpdmVyamFtZXNhc3NvY2lhdGVzLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We’re partnering with a fast-growing Financial Services organization to hire a Salesforce Team Lead for a contract-to-hire opportunity.
