Java.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Drive technical decisions, architecture, and engineering best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Take ownership of features from design through Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr;margin-top: engineering experience with strong Java backend expertise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Previous experience in a technical leadership role, or leading technical projects. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI\/CD pipelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Fluent German and English.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">\n<p
