multi-fund asset managers &#8211; ideally with diverse experience within private credit\/structured credit platforms.)<\/p>\n<p>They are offering a competitive salary &amp; bonus package worth up to $400,000 from a purely cash perspective, strong hybrid working, excellent healthcare &amp; 401k benefits, a clear route for progression to the executive level and much more! <\/div>\n<div><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all accounting functions including quarterly close packages, income and expense allocations, waterfall calculations, NAV calculations etc.<\/li>\n<li>Review partnership and fund IRRs and other performance metrics on a quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Manage investor capital call and distribution processes.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee credit facility management, including lender reporting, covenant monitoring and borrowing base calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Portfolio Management team on overall business development and management including due diligence, fund structuring and fee calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate across internal functions &#8211; including Compliance, Legal, Tax and Valuation &#8211; as well as external counter-parties including fund administrators and auditors to ensure timely and accurate fund operations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the scalability and efficiency of fund accounting and financial reporting workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years of experience across both Big 4 public accounting &amp; Claims will involve complex losses including litigation and coverage. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key\/Skills Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years commercial property claims experience gained at an insurance carrier<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of wide ranging commercial property damage claims essential <\/li>\n<li>TPA Oversight experience highly preferred including providing coverage advice to TPAs <\/li>\n<li>Experience within litigation and coverage matters within commercial property claims<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling claims above $100,000 in value through to larger loss limits <\/li>\n<li>Bachelors Degree essential.
