Pensions Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global consultancy for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing pensions team.<\/p>\n

This role sits within the consultancy arm of the business and offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex Defined Benefit pension projects for large, high profile clients across multiple industries.<\/p>\n

The position will focus on delivering pension change projects such as GMP equalisation, buy in and buy out readiness, benefit rectification, scheme mergers and wind ups. You will take ownership of projects end to end, working closely with clients, administrators, actuaries and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.<\/p>\n

This is a client facing role where you will be trusted to manage stakeholders, lead project discussions and drive outcomes in often complex and data heavy environments. Alongside client work, there will also be opportunities to contribute to internal improvement initiatives and help shape how projects are delivered across the wider team.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK Defined Benefit pensions, with experience delivering projects within a pensions administration, consultancy or actuarial environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, navigating ambiguity and taking a proactive approach to problem solving.<\/p>\n

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a track record of delivering projects to time and budget. Formal project management qualifications such as Prince2, APM or similar are beneficial but not essential.<\/p>\n

This role offers a salary of up to \u00a380,000 plus a 20 percent bonus and a strong wider benefits package. The business operates a flexible hybrid model, with just one day per week required in your nearest office. Locations are available across the UK.<\/p>\n

this position are as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part of the CEO Office, providing Legal & Compliance advisory and execution support on CEO priorities, business strategy, and development initiatives, including special projects driving the expansion of the Global HNW business.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted Legal & Compliance Business Advisor, supporting senior stakeholders by translating regulatory requirements into practical, commercially sound guidance aligned with business objectives and Group Risk & Compliance strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement and continuously enhance the Legal & Compliance framework from a first line perspective, with a focus on regulatory, investment advisory, and sales\/market conduct requirements, ensuring alignment with evolving legal obligations and strategic business priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Lead legal and compliance risk assessments for strategic initiatives and special projects, partnering with senior leadership and governance forums to identify, evaluate, and mitigate regulatory, legal, ethical, and emerging risks.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures that embed legal and compliance principles into business decision-making, while ensuring effective implementation of corporate governance frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Provide hands-on advisory support across business compliance, financial crime (AML\/CDD\/KYC), and operational risk, offering pragmatic legal and compliance guidance to enable business growth within appropriate risk appetite.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee key governance and control frameworks, including third-party risk management, business continuity, and operational resilience, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Provide responses to regulatory inquiries from the business’s perspectives, supporting regulatory engagement strategies and ensuring consistent, transparent communication in line with established protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with other business stakeholders, interpreting legal and regulatory requirements and supporting effective implementation through advisory, training, and capability building across the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree holder with 15+ years experience in legal & compliance advisory gained from the Insurance, International Brokers, Private Banking and \/ or HNW \/ UHNW Wealth Management sectors<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Bermuda insurance regulations and laws is highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience in establishing new entities, new markets, new business, new products, from a legal and compliance involvement would be beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the Insurance business preferred, other experience in relevant areas such as Wealth Management \/ HNW and \/ or Private Banking would also be considered<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, organized, detail-oriented and analytical.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen with effective change management, problem solving and decision making Around half of your time will be spent monitoring and processing transactions, while the remainder will involve collaborating with internal teams and communicating with external counterparties.<\/p>\n<p>Your main responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Monitoring securities lending transactions throughout their lifecycle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Investigating and resolving settlement issues or delays.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identifying borrowing and lending requirements for securities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensuring all transactions comply with internal procedures and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Processing and maintaining transactions across multiple systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working closely with teams including Trading, Treasury, and Operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Providing clients with transaction updates and handling operational inquiries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance automation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About You<\/h2>\n<p>You enjoy solving complex problems, have a keen eye for detail, and perform well in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. financial and investor reporting for a platform of private credit funds and separate accounts worth approximately $30b AUM. <\/p>\n<p><div><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the team across daily accounting and finance responsibilities for their Private Credit investment platform worth up to $30b AUM.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting, including review of transactional activity, management fees, carried interest calculations, performance metrics, financial statement preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Management and supervision of fund administrators, auditors, tax preparers etc.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Business and Operations team to understand and support acquisitions, dispositions and financing arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Investment Team to ensure valuations used in the financial and investor reporting processes are accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Review of Limited Partnership Agreements and other agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with fund allocations, organisation costs, management fees and carried interest.<\/li>\n<li>Review and understanding of fund structures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA qualification<\/li>\n<li>7-10 years of experience across Big 4 Accounting and the Private Sector<\/li>\n<li>Prior including fund accounting and financial reporting oversight, fund operations, strategic partnership, process improvement, senior management and much more.<\/p>\n<p>Our client is ideally seeking a CPA qualified professional with 12-18 years of experience across both the public and private sectors (Big 4 & multi-fund asset managers – ideally with diverse experience within private credit\/structured credit platforms.)<\/p>\n<p>They are offering a competitive salary & bonus package worth up to $400,000 from a purely cash perspective, strong hybrid working, excellent healthcare & 401k benefits, a clear route for progression to the executive level and much more! <\/div>\n<div><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all accounting functions including quarterly close packages, income and expense allocations, waterfall calculations, NAV calculations etc.<\/li>\n<li>Review partnership and fund IRRs and other performance metrics on a quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Manage investor capital call and distribution processes.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee credit facility management, including lender reporting, covenant monitoring and borrowing base calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Portfolio Management team on overall business development and management including due diligence, fund structuring and fee calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate across internal functions – including Compliance, Legal, Tax and Valuation – as well as external counter-parties including fund administrators and auditors to ensure timely and accurate fund operations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the scalability and efficiency of fund accounting and financial reporting workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years of experience across both Big 4 public accounting & multi-fund asset managers.<\/li>\n<li>CPA qualification is required.<\/li>\n<li>Broad experience across diverse alternative investment strategies and asset classes is required.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred experience within Private Credit, Direct Lending, Structured
