To ensure sustainable growth and regulatory integrity, the bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced KYC Leader. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:\u202f\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Provide advice to the bank relating to KYC procedures, policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Review account opening documents and CDD to ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements from the perspectives of internal policies and local regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Provide periodic client status KYC files to the management and Compliance team<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a KYC \/ AML knowledge management framework, act as Subject Matter Expert and Asia escalation contact on KYC procedures <\/li>\n<li>Work with the business and operations on quality issues, review and vet KYC files, perform post client KYC completion matters<\/li>\n<li>Manage procedures and document template changes by defining procedure framework, understanding of operating processes across the client lifecycle and working with relevant teams on changes affecting reporting and status.  <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and conduct KYC training to the bank&#8217;s staff.<\/li>\n<li>Handle enquiries and inspections by regulators and Head Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:\u202f\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>A university degree or equivalent professional qualification, CAMS<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 12 years relevant experience in KYC \/ CDD \/ AML Compliance gained from Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Payments Companies<\/li>\n<li>Solid and up-to-date knowledge of FCC regulations in Hong Kong\u202f <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Corporate Banking\u202fbusiness\u202fand\u202fproducts, Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management\u202fand Payments would be ideal<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a small-team environment <\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing, launching, revamping processes, procedures and frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, ideally with fluency in Mandarin\u202f <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YW15LmhvLjA0NTQyLjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mid-Size Corporate &amp; Institutional Bank Team Lead Role International Team, fluency in English AND Mandarin Preferred Our Client is an International Banking Group currently expanding in Hong Kong to provide specialized banking solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
