This is much more than a traditional controlling role-you will act as a true business partner to Operations, Project Management and Finance, playing a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You will be part of an international and innovative environment where collaboration, technology and continuous improvement are at the core of the business. Dan biedt dit project een mooie kans om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen een professionele en dynamische omgeving.<\/p>\n<h2>De functie<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Als Transaction Monitoring Analist onderzoek je opvallende transacties en afwijkende geldstromen. Je brengt het klant- en transactiegedrag in kaart, beoordeelt mogelijke integriteitsrisico&#8217;s en legt jouw bevindingen helder en onderbouwd vast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring werk je aan reguliere of meer complexe dossiers. Medior en senior analisten krijgen meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Als senior kun je daarnaast een inhoudelijke rol vervullen richting collega&#8217;s en stakeholders.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Beoordelen en analyseren van transactie-alerts;<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoeken van afwijkende transacties, geldstromen en klantgedrag;<\/li>\n<li>Opbouwen van een volledig klant- en transactiebeeld;<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van mogelijke witwas-, fraude-, sanctie- en integriteitsrisico&#8217;s;<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen van duidelijke en inhoudelijk onderbouwde rapportages;<\/li>\n<li>Escaleren van dossiers wanneer aanvullend onderzoek nodig is;<\/li>\n<li>Werken volgens geldende wet- en regelgeving en interne richtlijnen;<\/li>\n<li>Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en voortgang van het project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen Transaction Monitoring en bent gewend om complexe of hoog-risico dossiers te behandelen. Je bent inhoudelijk sterk, zelfstandig en kunt waar nodig optreden als sparringpartner of vraagbaak voor collega&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat breng je mee?<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring binnen Transaction Monitoring, CDD, KYC, AML of financi\u00eble criminaliteit;<\/li>\n<li>Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Wwft;<\/li>\n<li>Sterke analytische en schriftelijke vaardigheden;<\/li>\n<li>Een nauwkeurige, kritische en resultaatgerichte werkhouding;<\/li>\n<li>Het vermogen om onder tijdsdruk kwalitatief goed werk te leveren;<\/li>\n<li>Beschikbaarheid vanaf augustus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat kun je verwachten?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je komt terecht binnen een omvangrijk en zichtbaar project waarin je direct kunt bijdragen aan het beheersen van financi\u00eble risico&#8217;s.
