You will also manage client relationships and provide technical guidance to more junior adjusters. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills\/ Qualifications Required<\/strong><strong>;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience within workers compensation claims in the state of CA <\/li>\n<li>Highly experienced with coverage analysis within workers compensation<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to complex losses and litigation within workers compensation <\/li>\n<li>Experience working at an insurance carrier handling WC claims (TPAs also considered)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of all related policy wording and regulations within workers compensation<\/li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adjuster License in California &#8211; essential <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role requires 2-3 days in office per week from various CA based office locations. CA Adjuster Licence essential (or other licensing enabling you to handle claims in CA).
