Je werkt nauw samen met HR en Finance en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen salarisprocessen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De functieomschrijving<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Als Salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en co\u00f6rdineren van het volledige salarisproces. De feitelijke salarisverwerking is uitbesteed aan een externe salarispartner, waardoor jouw focus ligt op het correct aanleveren en controleren van mutaties, het bewaken van de salarisruns en het fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor complexe salarisvraagstukken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Daarnaast gebruik je jouw kennis van AFAS Profit en Excel om controles uit te voeren, analyses te maken en processen verder te optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werkzaamheden<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Verwerken en controleren van salaris- en personeelsmutaties in AFAS Profit.<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00f6rdineren van de samenwerking met de externe salarisverwerker.<\/li>\n<li>Controleren en valideren van salarisruns en loonstroken.<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen binnen de salarisadministratie.<\/li>\n<li>Toepassen van actuele wet- en regelgeving, fiscale richtlijnen en cao-afspraken.<\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren van controles, analyses en rapportages in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Adviseren van HR, Finance en management over salarisvraagstukken.<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wat breng jij?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, aangevuld met een relevante vakopleiding zoals PDL, BKL of VPS.<\/li>\n<li>Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Salarisadministrateur.<\/li>\n<li>Aantoonbare ervaring met AFAS Profit <\/li>\n<li>Uitstekende kennis van Excel, waaronder draaitabellen, zoekfuncties en complexe formules.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met stakeholder contact <\/li>\n<li>Goede kennis van Nederlandse salariswetgeving, loonheffingen en sociale wetgeving.<\/li>\n<li>Een nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en analytische werkhouding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Oliver James<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Via Oliver James krijg je toegang tot een sterk netwerk van toonaangevende organisaties binnen finance.
