You&#8217;ll lead the end-to-end experience strategy for a greenfield, AI-enabled platform, defining how users, workflows, technology, and AI come together to create a modern operating model across underwriting, claims, policy administration, sales, account management, and servicing.<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business SMEs, and implementation partners, you&#8217;ll help redesign complex insurance processes from the ground up, creating intuitive, scalable experiences that improve productivity today while supporting future broker and customer experiences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining the end-to-end experience vision across a large-scale platform transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Designing intuitive workflows across underwriting, claims, sales, account management, policy administration, billing, and renewals.<\/li>\n<li>Creating journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.<\/li>\n<li>Designing AI-assisted experiences that combine human expertise with intelligent recommendations in a transparent and trusted way.<\/li>\n<li>Reimagining workflows and operating models to remove friction, reduce manual effort, and enable straight-through processing.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing design systems, UX standards, and reusable components to create consistency across the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure experiences are implementation-ready and aligned to business outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone with experience leading <strong>enterprise platform design<\/strong>, complex workflow design, journey mapping, service design, and AI-enabled user experiences. Strong experience with <strong>Figma<\/strong>, design systems, and Agile delivery environments is important. This is a technical role handling mid to complex Commercial General Liability claims across a diverse portfolio. This is a technical role handling mid to complex Commercial General Liability claims across a diverse portfolio. technology investment banking team known for deep domain expertise in software and data businesses built for specific end markets, rather than broad horizontal coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Coverage spans several specialist areas including automotive and dealership workflow software, where the team is regarded as a leading advisor, alongside risk and compliance software, and newer areas including legal tech, insurtech, construction and field service technology, and supply chain logistics. Deal flow is almost entirely North America focused, primarily sellside M&amp;A and capital raising advisory in the lower to middle market, with deal sizes ranging from $100m up to $5bn and enterprise values typically in the $250m to $750m range.<\/p>\n<p>The team runs a genuinely bottoms up culture. Bankers at every level get exposure to business development and client relationships earlier than is typical elsewhere, with a track record of internal promotion into senior roles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a senior execution hire. We&#8217;re looking for a VP who can lead deal processes day to day, drive point directly with clients, and take real ownership of upskilling the Analyst and Associate bench beneath them, an increasingly important function as the team continues to grow. The company focuses on retirement solutions, fixed annuities, and life insurance, with an emphasis on using modern technology to simplify the insurance experience. <\/p>\n<p> This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys driving execution as much as strategy.
