capital, fund administration, asset management, or public accounting experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong partnership accounting and financial reporting knowledge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience managing client relationships and reviewing fund deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven team management and development experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related subject.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span En als Executive Assistent  werk jij hieraan mee.<\/p>\n<p>Zo ben jij bezig met:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regie voeren over de agenda: je bewaakt de juiste prioriteiten, zorgt dat afspraken in de juiste cadans worden gepland en voorkomt dat de Directeur wordt verrast, zodat zij altijd goed voorbereid en met focus haar rol kan vervullen.<\/li>\n<li>Het co\u00f6rdineren en op elkaar afstemmen van verschillende overleggen, waardoor de dag soepel verloopt, inclusief de planning en voorbereiding van bijeenkomsten. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met onder andere de Bestuursadviseurs, de Bestuurssecretarissen, collega&#8217;s van Communicatie en de andere Executive Assistenten van het Executive Committee.<\/li>\n<li>De logistieke uitdagingen die een hybride werkomgeving met zich meebrengt. Je komt terecht binnen een professionele financeomgeving waar klantgerichtheid, procesoptimalisatie en samenwerking centraal staan.<\/p>\n<p> Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van een eigen debiteurenportefeuille en krijg je de ruimte om actief mee te denken over het verbeteren van processen. Je werkt in een organisatie die volop investeert in digitalisering, innovatie en de ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers. Hierdoor krijg je veel zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>De functieomschrijving<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Als Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van openstaande vorderingen en het onderhouden van contact met klanten over betalingsachterstanden. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen tijdig worden betaald, zonder daarbij de klantrelatie uit het oog te verliezen.<\/p>\n<p> Naast het dagelijkse debiteurenbeheer draag je bij aan operationele analyses en denk je actief mee over het optimaliseren van processen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega&#8217;s binnen Finance en andere afdelingen om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Werkzaamheden<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beheren van een eigen debiteurenportefeuille. <\/li>\n<li>Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten over openstaande facturen. <\/li>\n<li>Maken van betalingsafspraken en bewaken van de opvolging hiervan. <\/li>\n<li>Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen het debiteurenproces. <\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren van analyses op openstaande posten en betaalgedrag. <\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie. <\/li>\n<li>Samenwerken met interne stakeholders om financi\u00eble processen verder te verbeteren. <\/li>\n<li>Werken met ERP-systemen en Excel voor analyses en rapportages. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wat breng jij?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hbo-werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring \u00f3f een mbo-opleiding met meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen debiteurenbeheer of credit control. <\/li>\n<li>Ervaring binnen debiteurenbeheer, credit control of incasso. <\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Excel. <\/li>\n<li>Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht. <\/li>\n<li>Een klantgerichte, proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling. <\/li>\n<li>Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en durft beslissingen te nemen. <\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met procesverbetering is een pr\u00e9. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Oliver James<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Via Oliver James krijg je toegang tot een sterk netwerk van toonaangevende organisaties binnen Finance.
