dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Build and enhance portfolio risk monitoring frameworks across corporate credit, private credit, structured products, and real estate exposures<\/li>\n<li>Develop quantitative analytics for credit, spread, interest rate, liquidity, and concentration risk<\/li>\n<li>Run scenario analysis and stress testing across credit cycles, rate environments, CRE refinancing risk, and liquidity stress<\/li>\n<li>Automate risk reporting and controls, reducing manual workflow through Python, SQL, and AI tools<\/li>\n<li>Build dashboards supporting risk appetite monitoring, limit utilization, and new-deal assessment<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analysis and materials for Investment Committee, senior management, and Board-level discussions<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Investments, Portfolio Construction, and deal teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What you bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Experience in investment risk, portfolio management\/analytics, asset management, or a related field &#8211; insurance background helpful, not required<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on Python and SQL skills; comfortable building tools, pipelines, and models, not just running them<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to one or more of: corporate credit, private credit, real estate (commercial or residential), ABS\/structured S\/4HANA, working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and the wider cutover organisation.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the development of cutover work instructions and operational workarounds.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality, completeness and consistency of work packages, including cross-functional dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cutover timelines, milestones, risks and escalations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities across PPM\/PS, EAM, Logistics, Purchasing and Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the business division within the wider transformation and cutover programme.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate decisions, requirements and risks to relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the central point of contact between the business and the cutover organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience delivering complex transformation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in project, programme or transformation management.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong risk management, escalation and decision-making capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and drive execution.<\/li>\n<li>Very good German and good English language skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Experience<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cutover experience within SAP transformation or S\/4HANA programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP Activate or comparable transformation methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of freeze periods, quality gates and phased go-live approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptual knowledge of SAP modules including PS\/PPM, exams<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or another quantitative discipline<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience The role will focus on developing, structuring and pricing life reinsurance solutions across the Europe, Middle East and Latin America regions.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to work across a wide variety of products and innovative reinsurance solutions, contributing to the development of the Life Financial Solutions team and the wider Life &amp; Health proposition.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">2. About the job<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>As a Senior Structuring &amp; Pricing Actuary, you will be responsible for developing and pricing financial solutions and supporting the growth of the business across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Developing, structuring and marketing appropriate reinsurance solutions, considering accounting, regulatory and economic risk-transfer aspects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Developing pricing tools to analyse the risk and profitability of life reinsurance solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Undertaking high-level experience analysis to support the assessment of underlying risk.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contributing to deal execution, including responding to RFPs, negotiating terms with clients and brokers, and preparing internal approval memoranda.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting business development activity, including prospecting and client visits, and promoting solutions tailored to specific client objectives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparing and delivering internal and external presentations on life reinsurance topics as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contributing to the development of the wider Life Financial Solutions team and enhancement of Life &amp; Health propositions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role can be based in London, Paris, Dublin or Zurich and will involve working within an international and multicultural environment.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3. About you<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>We are looking for a qualified Life Actuary with a strong actuarial background and relevant financial services experience.<\/p>\n<p>You will ideally have:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\" data-pm-slice=\"3 1 []\">\n<li>\n<p>At least 8 years&#8217; relevant financial services industry experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in actuarial pricing within life insurance and\/or reinsurance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in pricing and structuring bespoke reinsurance agreements would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong knowledge of Solvency II, including awareness of issues faced by insurers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with accounting standards such as IFRS 17 and US GAAP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience developing or working with pricing tools and models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The ability to apply technical actuarial expertise alongside commercial considerations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working in a client-facing capacity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent English; additional European languages would be desirable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role would suit someone who enjoys working across diverse tasks, collaborating with colleagues while also working independently, and operating in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">4. With a strong focus on developing into the Health &amp; Wellness space, a specialist position has arisen to lead the development of a customer-focused wellness strategy, creating innovative health programs and overseeing premium initiatives and platforms including a Wellness centre to enhance long-term wellbeing for HNW clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The key responsibilities for this position are as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and drive the overarching Health &amp; Wellness strategy for affluent and HNW clientele, ensuring offerings align with their evolving lifestyle and healthcare needs.<\/li>\n<li>Establish the long-term vision, growth priorities, and ecosystem of strategic partnerships for Wellness platforms and initiatives, enhancing its market positioning and value proposition.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the optimisation of operating frameworks, membership programmes, and customer engagement strategies to strengthen commercial performance and member retention.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage expertise in preventive health, functional medicine, and emerging wellness trends to design bespoke wellness experiences while identifying opportunities for business expansion through customer and financial insights.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a Lead and take overall responsibility for the operational performance and commercial success of the Wellness centre, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong governance standards, and sustainable financial outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare specialists and wellness providers across Hong Kong and Mainland China, while maximising internal resources and external collaborations to enhance service capabilities and market reach.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor business performance through KPI reporting, financial analysis, customer feedback, and partner reviews, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Champion the Wellness centre as a distinctive value proposition within the HNW segment, partnering closely with marketing, distribution, business development, training teams and service partners to drive client engagement, increase awareness, and support business growth initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree-qualified professional with min. 10+ years experience across the healthcare, wellness and lifestyle sectors, bringing a strong understanding of evolving consumer health needs.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Health Insurance, Health &amp; You will work on projects centred around valuations and reserve development for medical and other A&amp;H products, captive feasibility, funding, reserving, and risk\/capital management. There may also be scope to work on merger and acquisition support amongst other projects.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Role requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FSA or ASA designation<\/li>\n<li>Extensive actuarial experience from within the health insurance or healthcare provider market\u202f<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working on valuation and reserving projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and progressive consultancy that goes against the grain when it comes to the stereotypical consultancy environment and expected hours.
