The team is expected to include a Product Owner, potentially a second PO, and ideally BAs, with further portal resources likely to be added.<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\">The focus is on a<strong> <\/strong>self-built portal solution<strong>, <\/strong>integrating multiple capabilities to improve the overall customer and workforce experience.<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"><strong data-ogsc=\"\">Project Overview &amp; Objectives<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\">The key priority is building and delivering the portal capability, with a particular focus on the claims experience for<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"><strong data-ogsc=\"\">Absence and Group Life &amp; Disability<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\">The portal will also support:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<div data-ogsc=\"\">Billing and administration<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<div data-ogsc=\"\">Digital claims intake and management<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<div data-ogsc=\"\">Broader customer\/workforce experience capabilities<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\">The immediate requirement is someone who can own the strategy, vision, roadmap and prioritization, with the PO and BAs owning much of the tactical execution.<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\">This is a build-focused environment &#8211; the priority is delivering capability rather than simply assessing or challenging existing outcomes.<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"> <\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"><strong data-ogsc=\"\">Non-Negotiable Experience:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<div data-ogsc=\"\">Direct portal product experience &#8211; candidates must have proven experience owning and delivering portal products. will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; experience with a firm devoted to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; experience with a firm devoted to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp;
