experience with a firm devoted to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; experience with a firm devoted to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; experience with a firm devoted to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp;
