With several projects moving into design, Fit\/Gap and specification, this is an opportunity to have genuine influence over the solutions being delivered.<\/p>\n<h3>Day to Day Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Gather, structure and prioritise business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support requirements workshops with business stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Translate requirements into S\/4HANA solutions<\/li>\n<li>Analyse Fit\/Gap scenarios and advise on standard vs. custom solutions<\/li>\n<li>Bridge the gap between Business Analysts and IT<\/li>\n<li>Support specifications, testing and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Advise on SAP EAM best practices and solution options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Background and Experience:<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Strong experience with SAP PM \/ SAP EAM<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of maintenance processes and Asset Lifecycle Management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with S\/4HANA Fit\/Gap<\/li>\n<li>Strong Requirements Engineering experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with API integrations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Pragmatic, independent approach<\/li>\n<li>SSAM experience highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Scrum\/SAFe and French\/English advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why this role?<\/h3>\n<p>This is not a pure SAP support position. Insurance Data Solutions (Remote) <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re partnering with a leading Life, Annuity, and Long-Term Care insurance organization transforming its data architecture on Databricks.<\/p>\n<p>Databricks expertise and insurance industry experience are <strong>REQUIRED.<\/strong> Candidates without hands-on Databricks pipeline-building experience in an insurance environment will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll join a high-performing, mission-driven team of 20 across four agile teams, working end to end on data architecture, governance, and engineering from source systems through to data consumers.<\/p>\n<p>The platform is built on a modern streaming architecture supporting transactional and analytical pipelines, grounded in Medallion architecture and LakeFlow\/OneLake design principles, replacing legacy analytical platforms with a modern Databricks-based solution.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years hands-on Databricks experience<\/li>\n<li>Insurance industry experience <strong>(must-have<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>Strong data modelling skills (raw, ER, dimensional; SCD2, surrogate keys)<\/li>\n<li>Medallion architecture experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL and PySpark<\/li>\n<li>LakeFlow or OneFlow experience<\/li>\n<li>AWS or Azure cloud experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, test, and support analytical pipelines hands-on, from ingestion through standardization and curation.<\/li>\n<li>Build raw, entity-relationship, and dimensional data models.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and enforce engineering and coding standards, including code reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Lead CI\/CD design and reusable data tests;
