Commercial Property<\/strong> to oversee the development, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of commercial property insurance products.<\/p>\n<p> This is a senior role for an experienced commercial insurance professional with strong knowledge of policy forms, coverage, rating, underwriting, and regulatory requirements. SCD2, surrogate keys)<\/li>\n<li>Medallion architecture experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL and PySpark<\/li>\n<li>LakeFlow or OneFlow experience<\/li>\n<li>AWS or Azure cloud experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, test, and support analytical pipelines hands-on, from ingestion through standardization and curation.<\/li>\n<li>Build raw, entity-relationship, and dimensional data models.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and enforce engineering and coding standards, including code reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Lead CI\/CD design and reusable data tests; This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This is a hands-on role within a small, professional Finance team, suited to an experienced AP\/ Finance Operations professional who is comfortable working in a <strong>high-value, low-volume environment<\/strong>. The role has a strong focus on <strong>payment controls, cash management, reconciliations, month-end close and maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day AP and cash activities, manage <strong>high-value transactions<\/strong> with a high degree of accuracy and control, and work closely with Finance colleagues and Group Finance teams across international locations.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n<h3>Accounts Payable &amp; Payments<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Own the end-to-end AP process for a <strong>low-volume, high-value invoice portfolio<\/strong>, including invoice receipt, validation, coding, posting and approval.<\/li>\n<li>Process high-value payments to vendors, clients and group entities through ERP and banking platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate payment controls, approvals and supporting documentation are in place.<\/li>\n<li>Review invoices and payment requests for accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve AP and payment queries efficiently with internal stakeholders and external parties.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready AP records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cash Management<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Monitor daily cash balances and movements.<\/li>\n<li>Support payment runs, ad-hoc payments and international transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Group Finance and relevant internal stakeholders on cash requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cash activity is accurately recorded, reconciled and supported by appropriate documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reconciliations &amp; Month-End<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Support the month-end close, with particular responsibility for AP and cash balances.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly bank, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform cash and expense analysis and investigate unusual or material movements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve reconciling items promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high-quality, well-supported reconciliations for audit and internal review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &amp; Audit<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Support quarterly Group, Board and regulatory reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide supporting information and respond to external audit queries relating to AP, cash and reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Finance teams to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate period close.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to maintaining a strong control environment across AP and cash processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; The successful candidate will become the internal subject-matter expert, with considerable influence over pricing methodologies, processes and systems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You&#8217;ll review and improve the existing pricing model, advise on deductibles, attachment points and coverage structures, provide current market intelligence and help incorporate stop-loss pricing into the company&#8217;s proprietary rating platform. You&#8217;ll also partner closely with Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, Operations and Sales as the ASO portfolio grows.<\/p>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>ASA or FSA credentialed Actuary would be preferred although experienced stop-loss underwriters will also be considered<\/li>\n<li>Employer medical stop-loss experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>specific and aggregate coverage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on stop-loss pricing or underwriting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience reviewing and improving pricing models, assumptions and
