Je krijgt te maken met complexere dossiers, internationale structuren en uiteenlopende juridische entiteiten.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Als Medior \/ Senior CDD Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren en beoordelen van CDD-onderzoeken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Uitvoeren van CDD\/KYC-onderzoeken op medior en senior niveau;<\/li>\n<li>Analyseren van complexe juridische en internationale eigendomsstructuren;<\/li>\n<li>Beoordelen van cli\u00ebntdocumentatie en vaststellen van de herkomst van vermogen en middelen;<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen van heldere en goed onderbouwde dossieranalyses;<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van bijzonderheden en escaleren van verhoogde risico&#8217;s;<\/li>\n<li>Contact onderhouden met interne stakeholders voor het verkrijgen en beoordelen van aanvullende informatie;<\/li>\n<li>Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en verdere professionalisering van het CDD-proces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Afhankelijk van jouw ervaringsniveau krijg je daarnaast de mogelijkheid om inhoudelijk als sparringpartner op te treden voor collega&#8217;s en mee te denken over dossiers.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat breng je mee?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die zelfstandig complexe CDD-vraagstukken kan analyseren en zich prettig voelt in een inhoudelijk sterke financi\u00eble omgeving.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je beschikt bij voorkeur over:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding;<\/li>\n<li>Minimaal enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen CDD<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met het analyseren van zakelijke klanten en complexe organisatiestructuren;<\/li>\n<li>Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Wwft;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring binnen Investment Management, Asset Management, Private Banking of een vergelijkbare financi\u00eble omgeving is een sterke pr\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>Een analytische en kritische manier van werken;<\/li>\n<li>Het vermogen om complexe informatie helder en gestructureerd vast te leggen;<\/li>\n<li>Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als Engels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat kun je verwachten?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je komt terecht in een professionele financi\u00eble omgeving waarin kwaliteit en inhoudelijke kennis centraal staan. You will be expected to assess delivery updates critically, challenge plans and assumptions, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure that practical recovery actions are implemented when delivery moves off track.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, baselines, dependencies and critical paths<\/li>\n<li>Review and challenge workstream plans, timelines, assumptions and resource requirements<\/li>\n<li>Identify schedule variances, delivery risks and cross-workstream dependencies<\/li>\n<li>Analyse project issues by assessing root cause, impact, available options and required actions<\/li>\n<li>Drive recovery actions and hold delivery owners accountable for agreed timelines<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate updates across Finance, Actuarial, IT, business and vendor workstreams<\/li>\n<li>Maintain RAID logs, action logs, decision registers and change-request records<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project dashboards, status reports and SteerCo materials<\/li>\n<li>Highlight key risks, decisions, escalations and areas requiring management attention<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate governance meetings, workshops, testing activities and planning sessions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor vendor deliverables, commitments and project milestones<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project documentation, approvals, sign-offs, meeting minutes and audit trails<\/li>\n<li>Support alignment across IFRS 17, IFRS 9, GL, financial reporting and regulatory reporting workstreams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, consulting or transformation<\/li>\n<li><strong>MUST<\/strong> have exposure to IFRS 17, IFRS 9, insurance or regulatory transformation<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a structured project-governance environment<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision registers and SteerCo reporting<\/li>\n<li>Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess root causes, impacts and recovery options<\/li>\n<li>Confidence challenging unrealistic delivery plans and following up with workstream owners<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies before they affect key milestones<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating across Finance, Actuarial, IT, business teams and external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Azure Boards or similar project tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and a governance-focused mindset <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will go beyond collecting project updates. This is a highly analytical, commercially oriented finance role at the intersection of investments, finance, data, and strategy. The role will lead forecasting and analysis of net investment income, book yield, spread, and other key investment performance metrics, while translating portfolio activity and market dynamics into clear, forward-looking financial insights.<\/p>\n<p>The Investment Analytics &amp; Finance professional will partner closely with senior finance leadership, investment teams, FP&amp;A, and operational teams to understand performance, explain earnings drivers, improve forecasting, and enhance the way investment information is reported and used across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>This is a Hybrid role: 3 days in office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead forecasting and analysis of investment performance, including actuals versus plan and forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a deep understanding of portfolio performance across a range of products and alternative investments.<\/li>\n<li>Own and enhance driver-based forecasting models incorporating deployment and reinvestment activity, yields and spreads, prepayments, credit trends, portfolio performance, and non-recurring activity.<\/li>\n<li>Develop actual-to-forecast bridges and variance analysis that clearly explain changes in earnings and investment performance.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with investment and finance teams to investigate earnings volatility, unusual activity, and non-recurring items.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex investment and financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present analysis for senior finance leadership and other key stakeholders, including quarterly and board-level reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Partner across finance, investment, and operational teams to connect portfolio activity with financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to streamline workflows, improve variance attribution, and enhance forecasting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of relevant experience in investment management, investment banking, consulting, public accounting, corporate finance, FP&amp;A, strategy, or a similar analytical environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in financial forecasting, investment analysis, performance reporting, and\/or FP&amp;A.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of how investment portfolios, market conditions, and portfolio activity translate into financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect detailed analysis to broader business and economic drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong quantitative skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics, automation, or financial modeling tools is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and investment concepts clearly to senior audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> If interested\/suitable please apply or reach out to Michael directly vie email: michael.cellier@oliverjames.com<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bWljaGFlbC5jZWxsaWVyLjk5NzUyLjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A financial services firm is seeking an experienced Investment Analytics &amp; Finance professional to lead financial analysis, forecasting, and performance insights across a complex and diversified investment portfolio. Fund Accounting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An alternative investment firm is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to lead financial operations and reporting activities across a diverse portfolio of investment vehicles. This individual will oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, valuation support, investor reporting, and operational controls while partnering closely with investment, operations, and client-facing teams.<\/p>\n<p> **This is a hybrid role<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Role Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead accounting and reporting functions for investment funds, partnerships, and managed accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to accounting team members while fostering a collaborative environment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee close processes, including reconciliations, expense accruals, fee calculations, and financial data validation.<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze portfolio activity, investment transactions, and cash movements to ensure accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial controls, documentation practices, and reporting procedures to support internal governance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate complex investment structures, financing arrangements, allocations, and distribution calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Review performance reporting and investment-level analytics for accuracy and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with auditors, administrators, and other external service providers throughout reporting cycles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Background\/Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fund accounting &amp; public accounting (tax, audit, assurance) experience within asset management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with complex investment structures, capital activity, allocations, and fund operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret and apply accounting guidance to unique investment scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience managing teams or overseeing accounting professionals is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bWljaGFlbC5jZWxsaWVyLjcxOTU4LjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Senior Director Fund Accounting role is available at an investment management firm in LA.
