You&#8217;ll act as the bridge between product and engineering, helping teams deliver complex technical initiatives effectively and on time.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven project management experience within software or technology environments.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstratable experience managing and delivering software and technical initiatives across the full SDLC.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, including build, test, integration and deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working closely with engineering, product and architecture teams, including global or distributed teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder communication, project planning and cross-functional delivery skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing risks, dependencies, technical integrations, APIs and system dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CI\/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills, with a results-driven approach.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and confidently manage complex Een mooie mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen KYC, CDD en Financial Economic Crime.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Als Junior KYC Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en ondersteunen van verschillende KYC-werkzaamheden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Uitvoeren van KYC\/CDD-onderzoeken voor zakelijke klanten;<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen bij onboarding en periodieke reviews van bestaande klanten;<\/li>\n<li>Verzamelen, controleren en valideren van klant- en bedrijfsinformatie;<\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren van client identification &amp; verification;<\/li>\n<li>Onderhouden van contact met klanten om ontbrekende informatie en documentatie op te vragen;<\/li>\n<li>Beoordelen en vastleggen van relevante klantclassificaties;<\/li>\n<li>Zorgdragen voor complete en actuele KYC-dossiers;<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van afwijkingen en mogelijke risico&#8217;s;<\/li>\n<li>Schakelen met verschillende interne stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Bewaken van deadlines en de kwaliteit van je eigen portefeuille.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat breng je mee?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen het KYC\/CDD-vakgebied.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Daarnaast beschik je over:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>WO werk- en denkniveau;<\/li>\n<li>Bij voorkeur enige relevante werkervaring binnen KYC, CDD of een vergelijkbare financi\u00eble omgeving;<\/li>\n<li>Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;<\/li>\n<li>Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;<\/li>\n<li>Sterke administratieve en analytische vaardigheden;<\/li>\n<li>Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken;<\/li>\n<li>Het vermogen om verschillende werkzaamheden en deadlines goed te prioriteren;<\/li>\n<li>Affiniteit met de financi\u00eble sector en zakelijke klanten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wie ben jij?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar werk. Je kunt goed samenwerken, maar bent ook in staat zelfstandig je dossiers te beheren.
