We&#8217;re looking for someone vendor-neutral who can step into cross-domain complexity, close out technical decisions that span multiple teams, and translate them into sequenced, value-led delivery, without stepping on Product&#8217;s or Engineering&#8217;s toes.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Working across 3-4 teams spanning Business, Technology, and third-party vendors, you&#8217;ll define target and transition architecture for the SMS stack, assess integration patterns, and advise on the build vs. buy vs. reuse decisions that will shape the platform&#8217;s future.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Defining target and transition architecture across the SMS\/communications stack, including delivery, short codes, templates, consent, retention and orchestration.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding how core platform components (e.g. DCP, EP, SLX, Chorus) and Line of Business systems fit together, and the cross-domain impacts of architectural change.<\/li>\n<li>Advising on build vs. buy vs. reuse decisions, with the judgment to know when each is the right call.<\/li>\n<li>Working across 3-4 teams to understand integration patterns and assess the implications of decisions across each.<\/li>\n<li>Closing cross-domain technical decisions and translating them into sequenced, value-led delivery work.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting vendor evaluation, ideally staying through the first end-to-end implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Advising on the operating model: vendor management, consent enforcement, records\/legal hold, incident ownership and LOB adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We&#8217;re looking for someone with strong Enterprise Architecture experience within SMS\/communications platforms, and a clear understanding of transition architecture and how decisions in one domain (e.g. login\/authentication) ripple into others.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You&#8217;ll be confident operating vendor-neutral, comfortable closing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups, and experienced enough to advise credibly on operating model considerations in a regulated environment. will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; We&#8217;re looking for someone with a genuine technical background who can get into the detail with Engineering and Vendor teams, challenge them when something isn&#8217;t right, and hold every party accountable to commitments. While keeping relationships strong. You&#8217;ll be the person who spots the smoke before it becomes a fire.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll coordinate delivery across multiple Engineering and Vendor teams (up to 50 people), track metrics and milestones, and bring consistent process discipline to a fast-moving, SAFe\/Agile environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing end-to-end planning and execution across cross-functional Engineering and Vendor teams, from concept through delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as primary point of contact for stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, executive leadership, and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking delivery metrics, commitments, dependencies, and milestones &#8211; translating requirements and user stories into clear vendor deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying risks and emerging issues early, escalating and driving corrective action before they become delivery problems.<\/li>\n<li>Holding vendors accountable for delivery, partnering with Procurement on contract negotiation and risk review.<\/li>\n<li>Applying consistent SAFe\/Agile process and delivery discipline across teams without becoming overly rigid.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating post-launch activities &#8211; monitoring adoption, collecting feedback, and driving follow-up actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First and foremost, a Technical Program Manager with a strong technology\/software engineering background &#8211; ideally someone who has previously written software.<\/li>\n<li>Technically credible enough to challenge Engineering and Vendor teams directly and identify when something isn&#8217;t right. This position offers exposure to a diverse investment portfolio and accounting framework along with access to key stakeholders across finance, asset management, and third-party service providers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"528\">The ideal candidate will support investment accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, regulatory submissions, and various process-improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"528\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"18w7bso\" data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"553\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"1635\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1mo3iqv\" data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"665\">Analyze, reconcile, and balance monthly investment accounting data received from external service providers.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4xjx8n\" data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"803\">Compile and validate investment interface files, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciling items within established deadlines.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"m8lnjl\" data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"901\">Maintain the accuracy and completeness of information submitted to global investment databases.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1f3vqzg\" data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1023\">Coordinate with third-party accounting providers, asset managers, internal data teams, and senior finance stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16go19e\" data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1145\">Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses and perform reasonableness checks on investment-related financial data.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7yf5hr\" data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1265\">Support monthly, quarterly, and annual investment reporting, including financial statement footnotes and disclosures.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"m842gk\" data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1345\">Assist with regulatory, management, and rating-agency reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rdhn8n\" data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1426\">Review and maintain supporting documentation for internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nqnqm3\" data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1505\">Support investment reporting across US GAAP, STAT, and IFRS.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14h8uk2\" data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1635\">Partner with investment accounting leadership on special projects, process enhancements, and other time-sensitive deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1fm6vrb\" data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1654\">Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"2608\">\n<li data-section-id=\"hb0ji0\" data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1783\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pbrajy\" data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1900\">Relevant experience within insurance, investment accounting, financial reporting, or audit.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"426ui9\" data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"1971\">Strong understanding of US GAAP and STAT investment accounting principles.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"z8qwbq\" data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"2032\">Familiarity with IFRS reporting is preferred.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zkzeof\" data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2079\">CPA and\/or MBA credentials are advantageous.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19k4pl8\" data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2201\">Experience working with investment accounting platforms such as Clearwater, CAMRA, PAM or comparable systems.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6692ed\" data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2244\">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"innd40\" data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2298\">Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1k2q216\" data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2398\">Ability to communicate financial information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1a4mal2\" data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2504\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7uqfe0\" data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2608\">Collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;font-family: Verdana;font-size: 10.0pt;color: #2f2f2f\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;background: white\">To be considered for this opportunity, please apply using the prompts provided.
