3 days on site in Bern<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Rate: <\/strong>Up to 120 CHF per hour dependant on experience  <\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to support a large-scale SAP S\/4HANA transformation programme, managing the development and coordination of cutover work packages across multiple business functions.<\/p>\n<p>This role is responsible for ensuring a structured, coordinated and successful transition from SAP R\/3 to S\/4HANA, working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and the wider cutover organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the development of cutover work instructions and operational workarounds.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality, completeness and consistency of work packages, including cross-functional dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cutover timelines, milestones, risks and escalations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities across PPM\/PS, EAM, Logistics, Purchasing and Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the business division within the wider transformation and cutover programme.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate decisions, requirements and risks to relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the central point of contact between the business and the cutover organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience delivering complex transformation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in project, programme or transformation management.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong risk management, escalation and decision-making capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and drive execution.<\/li>\n<li>Very good German and good English language skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cutover experience within SAP transformation or S\/4HANA programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP Activate or comparable transformation methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of freeze periods, quality gates and phased go-live approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptual knowledge of SAP modules including PS\/PPM, EAM\/PM, MM\/PUR, SD\/LOG and FI\/CO.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project management tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/TGF1cmVuLkJvd25lc3MuMTc0NzMuMTEzMDlAb2xpdmVyamFtZXNhc3NvY2lhdGVzLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Cutover Lead &#8211; About the job<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>As a Senior Structuring &amp; Pricing Actuary, you will be responsible for developing and pricing financial solutions and supporting the growth of the business across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Developing, structuring and marketing appropriate reinsurance solutions, considering accounting, regulatory and economic risk-transfer aspects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Developing pricing tools to analyse the risk and profitability of life reinsurance solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Undertaking high-level experience analysis to support the assessment of underlying risk.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contributing to deal execution, including responding to RFPs, negotiating terms with clients and brokers, and preparing internal approval memoranda.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting business development activity, including prospecting and client visits, and promoting solutions tailored to specific client objectives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparing and delivering internal and external presentations on life reinsurance topics as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contributing to the development of the wider Life Financial Solutions team and enhancement of Life &amp; Health propositions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role can be based in London, Paris, Dublin or Zurich and will involve working within an international and multicultural environment.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3. About you<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>We are looking for a qualified Life Actuary with a strong actuarial background and relevant financial services experience.<\/p>\n<p>You will ideally have:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\" data-pm-slice=\"3 1 []\">\n<li>\n<p>At least 8 years&#8217; relevant financial services industry experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in actuarial pricing within life insurance and\/or reinsurance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in pricing and structuring bespoke reinsurance agreements would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong knowledge of Solvency II, including awareness of issues faced by insurers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with accounting standards such as IFRS 17 and US GAAP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience developing or working with pricing tools and models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The ability to apply technical actuarial expertise alongside commercial considerations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working in a client-facing capacity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent English; additional European languages would be desirable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role would suit someone who enjoys working across diverse tasks, collaborating with colleagues while also working independently, and operating in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">4. Je professionaliseert het huidige crediteurenproces en begeleidt vervolgens de gefaseerde overdracht van werkzaamheden naar een internationaal shared service center.<\/p>\n<h2>De opdracht<\/h2>\n<p>Je brengt het volledige P2P-proces in kaart, analyseert de huidige werkwijze en bepaalt welke verbeteringen nodig zijn. Het doel is een effici\u00ebnt, beheersbaar en gestandaardiseerd proces dat klaar is voor outsourcing.<\/p>\n<p>In de eerste fase werk je ook operationeel mee. Hierdoor leer je het proces, de systemen en eventuele knelpunten goed kennen. Compliance function with the appointment of a Risk &amp; Compliance Manager.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the business and wants to play a key role in developing risk culture across a growing and diverse organisation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The business has experienced significant growth and has ambitious plans to continue expanding, creating an exciting time to join the team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work closely with teams across the business to support the existing Risk &amp; Compliance framework, with a particular focus on Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A key part of the role will be helping the business embed the RCSA process and further develop its overall risk culture.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll need to be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the organisation, from senior leadership through to operational teams.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What they&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within Risk &amp; Compliance in financial services<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with RCSAs<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences<\/li>\n<li>An approachable and collaborative style<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work closely with the business rather than simply operate within a traditional second-line function<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness<\/li>\n<li>A genuine customer-focused mindset and the ability to consider risk from the customer&#8217;s perspective<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Insurance experience will be considered, although broader financial services experience would be preferable.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Customer focus is particularly important.
