You will advise stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, recommend effective solutions and constructively challenge vendors where appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Take day-to-day ownership of Intapp Intake Cloud.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop, configure and enhance the existing Intapp platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Improve workflows, functionality and user experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support the continued development of the firm&#8217;s Intapp roadmap.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver platform enhancements and continuous-improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage relationships with Intapp and other external suppliers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Challenge vendor recommendations and propose alternative solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support integrations with other legal and business systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure enhancements deliver measurable business value and efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essential experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>A minimum of three years&#8217; relevant experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong hands-on Intapp development and configuration experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience working with Intapp Intake Cloud or Intapp Open Cloud.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience supporting and enhancing an established Intapp implementation following go-live.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Previous experience within a law firm or corporate-services organisation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience configuring workflows, forms, rules or system enhancements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The ability to take genuine ownership of a product and drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong stakeholder-management, problem-solving and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Confidence advising the business and constructively challenging vendors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience limited solely to an on-premise Intapp environment will not be sufficient.<\/p>\n<p>Desirable experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Elite 3E.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Viewpoint.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Intapp Time or Intapp Terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Client onboarding, new business intake or business acceptance processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Legal-sector systems integrations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience within an offshore law firm or corporate-services business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Location and travel<\/p>\n<p>This is a fully remote position, and candidates may be based anywhere in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Some travel is encouraged during the initial onboarding period. Compensation portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Developing pricing analyses, rate indications and profitability assessments<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring loss trends, claims development and underwriting performance<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with Claims to understand severity trends and key portfolio drivers<\/li>\n<li>Supporting forecasting, business planning and reinsurance strategy<\/li>\n<li>Presenting recommendations and insights to senior\/executive stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Managing and developing actuarial talent\n<p> <strong>Ideal background:<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>8-10+ years of P&amp;C actuarial experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong Workers&#8217; The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of Workers&#8217; Compensation regulations, experience interacting with insurance regulators, and a practical, business-oriented approach to compliance.<\/p>\n<h2>General Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Ensure that business processes, products, systems, and procedures comply with applicable insurance laws, regulations, and internal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a subject matter expert on Workers&#8217; Compensation regulatory requirements, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and supporting other commercial P&amp;C lines as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory developments and communicate changes to relevant business teams, identifying necessary updates to policies, procedures, and operational practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development and implementation of market conduct compliance strategies, conducting regular reviews, audits, and assessments to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with legal and compliance stakeholders to investigate, address, and resolve market conduct concerns and other regulatory matters.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements across underwriting, claims, operations, technology, legal, and other business functions.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the collection, validation, analysis, and submission of regulatory data, including Medicare-related reporting, electronic data interchange (EDI), industry data calls, and other applicable reporting obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with relevant insurance bureaus and industry organizations to support accurate reporting and ongoing compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with third-party claims administrators and external service providers to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and appropriately addressed.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors on data governance, reporting processes, and related compliance initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate existing compliance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and regulatory oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic reviews of regulatory requirements and assess the effectiveness of related compliance controls and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, process documentation, and supporting materials.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to broader compliance initiatives and provide additional support as business needs evolve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required; advanced degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li><strong>10+ years of experience within the P&amp;C insurance industry<\/strong>, with a focus on regulatory compliance, market conduct, or related regulatory functions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a property and casualty insurance organization.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience supporting market conduct compliance, regulatory reviews, audits, or examinations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience interacting with state insurance regulators and coordinating regulatory responses.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Workers&#8217; Compensation reporting requirements, industry data calls, and relevant insurance bureaus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with regulatory data, reporting systems, and cross-functional business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a hands-on, evolving environment.<\/li>\n<li>A high level of accountability, attention to detail, integrity, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time, eligible candidates must be a US Citizen or green card holder at the time of application. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/QW5nZWxhLkJyZW5kemEuMDE0OTUuMTEzMDlAb2xpdmVyamFtZXNhc3NvY2lhdGVzLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Opportunity A growing commercial insurance organization is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Regulatory Compliance Manager to join its compliance function, with a primary focus on Workers&#8217; Compensation and additional exposure to other property and casualty lines. This is a highly visible role that will oversee critical treasury operations, including liquidity management, custody and trust account administration, collateral management, and strategic banking relationships.<\/p>\n<p> Reporting directly to senior treasury leadership, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the organization&#8217;s continued growth while partnering closely with Finance, Investments, Risk, Legal, and external financial institutions. <\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the oversight and optimization of custody and trust account operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily liquidity activities and cash forecasting to ensure efficient capital deployment and funding availability.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee collateral and margin monitoring, settlements, and related treasury operations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, custodians, trustees, and other financial counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Support treasury technology initiatives, including implementation and enhancement of treasury management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage FHLB membership, collateral pledging, borrowing capacity, and funding structures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with reporting and presentations for senior leadership, board committees, rating agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and implement treasury process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust internal control environment.<\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives involving investments, liquidity, capital management, and operational scalability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of treasury experience with direct exposure to custody and trust account management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of insurance company liquidity operations, custody banking, trust structures, investment operations, and asset servicing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with derivatives, collateral management, and complex investment assets.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success managing relationships with custodians, trustees, banking institutions, and external service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA, CFA, and\/or MBA.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience within a life insurance or annuity organization.<\/li>\n<li>Treasury management system implementation or optimization experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Um9iZXJ0LkRpY2tlcnNvbi42MjE5MC4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Director, Treasury &amp; Liquidity Management Raleigh\/Durham &#8211; Hybrid Partnering with a High-Growth Life &amp; Annuity Insurance Carrier Our client, a rapidly growing and well-capitalized life and annuity insurance organization, is seeking an experienced Treasury Director to join their finance leadership team.
