Governance disciplines such as Data Governance, Privacy, Security, Risk and Compliance are already in place, along with an initial governance model and first steps in AI risk classification. The goal is not a new standalone structure, but AI Governance integrated into existing processes and ways of working.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your assignment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Together with the Data &amp; AI Governance Lead and the AI Lead, you&#8217;ll design and implement a pragmatic, scalable AI Governance Target Operating Model (TOM): a workable foundation that fits the organisation&#8217;s current maturity and can grow over the coming years.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> What you&#8217;ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Define roles, ownership and decision-making, and what sits centrally versus within domain and product teams<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Develop and roll out the AI risk classification, controls, assessments and escalation processes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Further develop the central AI Registry and the processes around it<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Align with Privacy, Security, Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Architecture and the AI CoE, avoiding duplicate processes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Translate governance into practical guidelines for product, data and technology teams<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Create a road map and reporting on AI risks and use cases for leadership and governance boards<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Proven experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI or comparable governance challenges<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Experience designing and implementing governance models and TOMs in complex organisations<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong background in Data Governance, risk management and controls<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Solid knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI and the EU AI Act<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong stakeholder management and change management experience<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong plus: you&#8217;ve previously held an AI Governance role or led an AI Governance transformation<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re not primarily looking for an advisor, but for someone who has demonstrably organised, implemented and embedded governance in practice.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who you are<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A senior expert and pragmatic change agent who structures complex issues quickly without over complicating them. Management Officer to support a multi-year, multi-entity IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 transformation programme.<\/p>\n<p> Working closely with the PMO Lead, you will provide structure, governance and visibility across Finance, Actuarial, IT, regional business units and external implementation partners.<\/p>\n<p> This is not a passive project-tracking position. You will be expected to assess delivery updates critically, challenge plans and assumptions, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure that practical recovery actions are implemented when delivery moves off track.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, baselines, dependencies and critical paths<\/li>\n<li>Review and challenge workstream plans, timelines, assumptions and resource requirements<\/li>\n<li>Identify schedule variances, delivery risks and cross-workstream dependencies<\/li>\n<li>Analyse project issues by assessing root cause, impact, available options and required actions<\/li>\n<li>Drive recovery actions and hold delivery owners accountable for agreed timelines<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate updates across Finance, Actuarial, IT, business and vendor workstreams<\/li>\n<li>Maintain RAID logs, action logs, decision registers and change-request records<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project dashboards, status reports and SteerCo materials<\/li>\n<li>Highlight key risks, decisions, escalations and areas requiring management attention<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate governance meetings, workshops, testing activities and planning sessions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor vendor deliverables, commitments and project milestones<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project documentation, approvals, sign-offs, meeting minutes and audit trails<\/li>\n<li>Support alignment across IFRS 17, IFRS 9, GL, financial reporting and regulatory reporting workstreams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, consulting or transformation<\/li>\n<li><strong>MUST<\/strong> have exposure to IFRS 17, IFRS 9, insurance or regulatory transformation<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a structured project-governance environment<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision registers and SteerCo reporting<\/li>\n<li>Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess root causes, impacts and recovery options<\/li>\n<li>Confidence challenging unrealistic delivery plans and following up with workstream owners<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies before they affect key milestones<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating across Finance, Actuarial, IT, business teams and external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Azure Boards or similar project tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and a governance-focused mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will go beyond collecting project updates.
