This role would suit an experienced Medicare actuary looking to take on greater responsibility within a growing consulting environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>FSA designation required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>6+ years of healthcare actuarial experience, with a strong Medicare background<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in Medicare Advantage and\/or ACO programmes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrable people management and mentoring experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing engagements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Exposure to provider Value-Based Care, MSSP, or shared savings arrangements advantageous<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What makes this particularly interesting is the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Provider Value-Based Care consulting practice, working alongside leading industry experts on emerging Medicare initiatives, including the new CMS LEAD model. Ideal candidate will be able to paint a story with data and metrics. Regulatory Specialist will support the organization&#8217;s insurance company licensing and regulatory compliance activities across domestic and international jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p> The position focuses on obtaining, maintaining, and renewing insurance and reinsurance company licenses and registrations while ensuring compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p> This opportunity is well suited for a detail-oriented insurance compliance professional looking to broaden their regulatory knowledge, gain international exposure, and take ownership of licensing initiatives within a global organization. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of insurance and reinsurance company licenses, registrations, and renewals across domestic and international jurisdictions. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and submit licensing applications, corporate amendment filings, and regulatory documentation to state departments of insurance and other regulatory authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Research insurance licensing requirements, regulatory statutes, and insurance company holding company regulations to support ongoing compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with regulatory approvals involving insurance company holding company transactions, corporate restructurings, and affiliated entities. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate regulatory requirements related to reinsurance contract execution and insurance company director and officer notifications. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for state insurance departments, regulatory authorities, external legal counsel, and internal business stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate tracking systems for company licenses, regulatory submissions, renewal deadlines, assessment fees, and related compliance documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Administer and maintain insurance company officer and director biographical affidavits and supporting documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Respond to regulatory inquiries, data calls, compliance notices, and other requests from insurance regulatory authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Support special projects involving acquisitions, entity restructurings, new product launches, and state expansion initiatives requiring additional licensing or regulatory approvals. <\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Underwriting, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve regulatory compliance processes, procedures, tracking systems, and automation tools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred. <\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in insurance licensing, regulatory compliance, or a related function. <\/li>\n<li>Experience within the property &amp; Regulatory Specialist will support the organization&#8217;s insurance company licensing and regulatory compliance activities across domestic and international jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>The position focuses on obtaining, maintaining, and renewing insurance and reinsurance company licenses and registrations while ensuring compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity is well suited for a detail-oriented insurance compliance professional looking to broaden their regulatory knowledge, gain international exposure, and take ownership of licensing initiatives within a global organization.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of insurance and reinsurance company licenses, registrations, and renewals across domestic and international jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare, review, and submit licensing applications, corporate amendment filings, and regulatory documentation to state departments of insurance and other regulatory authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Research insurance licensing requirements, regulatory statutes, and insurance company holding company regulations to support ongoing compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with regulatory approvals involving insurance company holding company transactions, corporate restructurings, and affiliated entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate regulatory requirements related to reinsurance contract execution and insurance company director and officer notifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as a point of contact for state insurance departments, regulatory authorities, external legal counsel, and internal business stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate tracking systems for company licenses, regulatory submissions, renewal deadlines, assessment fees, and related compliance documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Administer and maintain insurance company officer and director biographical affidavits and supporting documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Respond to regulatory inquiries, data calls, compliance notices, and other requests from insurance regulatory authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support special projects involving acquisitions, entity restructurings, new product launches, and state expansion initiatives requiring additional licensing or regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Underwriting, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify opportunities to improve regulatory compliance processes, procedures, tracking systems, and automation tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>3+ years of experience in insurance licensing, regulatory compliance, or a related function.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience within the property &amp;
