recruit a Risk Manager in Dublin on a 6-month daily rate contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the CRO in the effective application of the Risk Management Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and input to the business in interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare risk management reports for appropriate committees at Group level.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and facilitate the RCSA process, ensuring the processes are performed and documented.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange appropriate meetings with risk owners and other key individuals with responsibility within the risk management framework.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare risk management material for internal and external presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Support the CRO in the provision of effective oversight and challenge of the Internal Model for calculating capital.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure close collaboration with other risk managers, sharing their workload as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear and regular communication with internal audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Required Skills & Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Solvency II requirements, risk management and actuarial principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of providing challenge across any of the following areas would be an advantage: reserving, pricing, capital modelling, business planning, underwriting, outwards reinsurance, exposure management and investments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in providing risk challenge to the first line and producing and presenting risk analysis to internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in performing internal model and technical provisions validation would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of the processes associated with an international insurance group, both from an operational and risk Innovation Consultant to join the Global Customer Experience Innovation Team within the Group Customer Office of a leading international insurance organisation.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity for a hands-on consultant who enjoys solving business problems, developing new ideas and turning strategy into practical improvements for customers and the business.<\/p>\n<p>Working across international markets and functions, you will help identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, challenge existing processes and support the delivery of customer-centric initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, customer teams and technology partners to develop recommendations and turn them into tangible outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>We are particularly interested in candidates who combine structured strategic thinking with strong project delivery skills. You might come from a management consulting, business transformation, insurance, financial services, customer operations or digital experience background.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is not a traditional PMO role.<\/strong> We are looking for someone who can think critically, take ownership and actively contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.<\/p>\n<h2>Key responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Analyse customer insights, business data and existing processes to identify pain points, improvement opportunities and potential business benefits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support the development and improvement of customer journeys, services and digital experiences across different markets and customer touchpoints.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Structure complex business problems, develop recommendations and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to project planning, coordinate workstreams and support initiatives from initial discovery through to implementation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work with business stakeholders, customer teams, designers, product teams and technology partners to develop and deliver practical solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Facilitate workshops, gather stakeholder input and communicate findings and recommendations to both business and technical audiences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor progress and assess the impact of initiatives against relevant customer and business outcomes, including customer satisfaction, loyalty, growth, efficiency and adoption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to the evolution of digital customer experience capabilities, potentially including CRM, customer data, analytics, experimentation, accessibility and AI-enabled solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your background<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Approximately 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, customer experience, service design, digital product, insurance or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience contributing to strategic projects, business improvement initiatives or customer-facing transformation programmes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate options and develop clear, actionable recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience taking initiatives from analysis and concept development through to implementation, rather than working exclusively in planning or governance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and international teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A pragmatic, proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver tangible results.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, design, digital, marketing or a related discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional experience that would be beneficial<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Exposure to customer care, claims, distribution, service management or customer operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with customer journey mapping, design thinking, user research or service design.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with digital transformation, CRM, customer analytics or AI-enabled customer solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working across international markets or complex stakeholder environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are open to candidates from different professional backgrounds. The role will oversee both weekly and monthly payroll cycles for approximately 1,100 employees, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and within required deadlines.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Process weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple entities, covering both Euro and Sterling payments.<\/li>\n<li>Administer payroll using Sage Payroll. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and process payroll payments through online banking platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure payroll activities comply with PAYE requirements and relevant legislation across Ireland and the UK.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to payroll-related queries and provide accurate and timely support to employees and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Manage payroll benefits, deductions, and adjustments, including: Benefit-in-Kind (BIK); Pension contributions; Healthcare benefits; Salary sacrifice arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and supporting files in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post payroll journals to the relevant entities and cost centres.<\/li>\n<li>Produce, review, and analyse payroll reports for management and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and properly aligned.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with payroll-related projects, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out general payroll administration and other ad hoc duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Skills & Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3+ years of experience in a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience processing high-volume payroll, ideally across multiple entities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong practical knowledge and experience of: Sage Payroll, BrightPay<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of PAYE, payroll compliance, and tax regulations across both Ireland and the UK.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliations, and payroll-related reporting.<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet payroll deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience managing payroll across both UK and Irish jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of payroll audit processes and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with finance systems and\/or payroll-to-GL integration.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/VnkuRG9hbi44MDkxOS4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview The Payroll Specialist will support the end-to-end processing of payroll across Ireland and the UK. across multiple cost centres. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, using financial insight to support business performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the month-end close across multiple cost centres, including journals, P&L, balance sheet and reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse financial performance, identifying variances, trends, risks and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver revenue and margin analysis by business unit and customer.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare regular P&L, balance sheet and working capital forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear commentary and insight.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee stock reporting and reconciliations and support effective working capital management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial controls.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements, automation and reporting efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Support ERP and finance technology development and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Finance, Operations, customers and suppliers to monitor KPIs and improve business performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Accountant – ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA., ideally 4+ years PQE<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in management accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is ideal.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems and process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Proven audit experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, distribution or supply chain would also be highly advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> You’ll be a <strong>commercially minded accountant<\/strong> who can go beyond the numbers and turn financial information into meaningful business insight.<\/p>\n<p> You’ll bring strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. retirada.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer pr\u00e1cticas de validaci\u00f3n, explicabilidad, detecci\u00f3n de sesgos, monitorizaci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n humana.<\/li>\n<li>Convertir los requisitos
