Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Conduct due diligence on fund managers and support investment recommendations<\/li>\n
  • Analyze audited financial statements and operational processes<\/li>\n
  • Prepare research reports, Investment Committee memos, and meeting documentation<\/li>\n
  • Review legal and regulatory documents (e.g., offering memorandums, Form ADVs)<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate back-office operations, controls, and pricing procedures<\/li>\n
  • Track and organize data to support team efficiency<\/li>\n
  • Assist with manager meetings, onsite visits, and follow-up reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance<\/li>\n
    • 2-5 years experience in public accounting (fund audit) or financial services<\/li>\n
    • Exposure to alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Financial Services) preferred<\/li>\n
    • CPA or CFA (or pursuing) is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

In this highly visible role you will be instrumental in shaping the management of the derivatives portfolio, supported by enhanced systems and reinforced middle office. <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>You will work closely with senior stakeholders across investment, risk, actuarial and finance with genuine scope to take ownership, broaden your technical expertise and make your mark within a lean, growing team. <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div><strong>What I’m looking for: <\/strong><\/div>\n<ul data-editing-info=\"{"applyListStyleFromLevel":true}\">\n<li>\n<div>5-10 years’ experience in a derivatives role within insurance, reinsurance, asset management or investment banking. <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Notable experience in structuring derivative portfolios. <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or analytical discipline. progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you’re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred – will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC\/ASC rules and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA
