Business Advisory Services<\/strong> group, you will take ownership of engagements from planning through completion while playing a key role in developing clients, people and the practice.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Plan, supervise and direct all phases of audit and assurance engagements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead engagement teams and take accountability for team performance, budgets and engagement economics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform and review complex audit areas including revenue, accounts receivable, inventory, debt and equity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Review audit documentation and ensure engagements meet the firm&#8217;s quality-control standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify <strong>technical accounting solutions and opportunities for clients to improve processes and controls<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicate findings, deficiencies and recommendations directly to client management and governing bodies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build and strengthen client relationships through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mentor, coach and develop staff and senior-level professionals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Participate in business development, networking and proposal opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Consider It?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Audit + Advisory Exposure<\/strong><br \/>This isn&#8217;t an audit-only Manager position. You&#8217;ll have opportunities to develop your technical accounting and <strong>business advisory skill set<\/strong>, giving you broader exposure to client issues beyond the traditional audit engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A More Sustainable Workload<\/strong><br \/>The role targets approximately <strong>1,550 chargeable hours annually<\/strong>, with busy-season weeks expected to reach approximately <strong>55 hours<\/strong>. inventory, debt and equity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparing and reviewing thorough audit documentation and conclusions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Serving as a <strong>primary day-to-day client contact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicating project status, challenges and timelines to clients and firm leadership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supervising staff and managing the day-to-day management.<\/p>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or a related field with an accounting emphasis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2+ years of audit experience within a CPA firm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Active CPA license <strong>or progress toward obtaining your CPA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong technical accounting and auditing judgment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Professional skepticism and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication and client-service skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with CCH Engagement, Bloomberg Research, ProSystem FX, Excel, Word, Teams and Adobe is preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation<\/h3>\n<p><strong>$85,000-$105,000 base salary<\/strong>, Associate Manager, Los Angeles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Tax Advisory &#8211; Associate Manager<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Los Angeles, CA<br \/><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<br \/><strong>Specialism:<\/strong> Corporate Tax | Tax Advisory | Consulting<\/p>\n<h3>Take Your Tax Career Beyond Traditional Public Accounting<\/h3>\n<p>Are you a Tax Senior or Associate Manager looking for greater variety, exposure to larger corporate clients, and an opportunity to develop your career beyond the traditional public accounting model?<\/p>\n<p>We are partnering with an established national accounting and advisory consulting firm that works with some of the country&#8217;s largest corporations on complex, high-impact tax projects.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals from Big 4 or large public accounting firms who enjoy the technical side of tax but are looking to broaden their experience, work directly with corporate tax and finance teams, and contribute to projects that extend beyond the annual compliance cycle.<\/p>\n<h3>The Opportunity<\/h3>\n<p>As a Tax Advisory Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to support major corporate clients across a variety of industries, working on assignments involving:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Federal and state corporate tax compliance and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Corporate income tax provisions and tax accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tax planning, research, and advisory initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tax audits, controversy, and audit defense.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>M&amp;A-related tax projects, transactions, and restructuring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tax process improvements, technology implementations, and business transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>IPO readiness and other complex corporate tax projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rather than being limited to a single client portfolio or recurring compliance deadlines, you&#8217;ll gain exposure to different businesses, challenges, and corporate environments, developing a broader commercial and technical skill set.<\/p>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>3+ years of tax experience<\/strong> within a Big 4 or large public accounting firm.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>At least one completed busy season at Senior Associate level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong corporate tax compliance experience &#8211; M&amp;A \/ Financial Due Diligence"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Transaction Advisory Services Manager &#8211; M&amp;A \/ Financial Due Diligence<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Los Angeles, CA | Flexible Working Environment<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> $115,000-$175,000 base + Discretionary Performance Bonus<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time, Permanent<\/p>\n<h2>The Opportunity<\/h2>\n<p>Are you an experienced Audit or Transaction Advisory professional looking to take the next step in your career?<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re partnering with a leading national accounting and advisory firm seeking a <strong>Transaction Advisory Services Manager<\/strong> to join its growing Los Angeles team.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to work directly on mergers and acquisitions, helping private equity firms and corporate buyers understand the financial performance, risks and opportunities of businesses they are considering acquiring or selling.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll gain exposure to a diverse range of transactions, work closely with experienced deal professionals and play an important role in delivering financial due diligence engagements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whether you&#8217;re already working in Financial Due Diligence or have a strong external audit background and want to transition into M&amp;A advisory, we&#8217;d be interested in speaking with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Financial Due Diligence:<\/strong> Play a key role in buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity investors and corporate clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Quality of Earnings:<\/strong> Analyse historical financial statements, revenue, profitability, cash flow and operating trends to assess the sustainability of earnings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Transaction Analysis:<\/strong> Identify financial risks, unusual trends and accounting considerations that could influence an acquisition or sale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Client Engagement:<\/strong> Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand transaction objectives, manage expectations and communicate findings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Project Management:<\/strong> Coordinate multiple engagements, manage deliverables and meet transaction deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> Prepare and present financial due diligence reports, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work across industries including <strong>manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, technology and healthcare<\/strong>, developing a broader understanding of different business models and transaction environments.<\/p>\n<h2>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>5+ years of experience in external audit and\/or transaction advisory services<\/strong>, ideally gained within a public accounting or professional services environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC reporting, transaction advisory or mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, investigate trends and identify underlying financial issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent communication and report-writing skills, including the ability to explain complex financial findings clearly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and working with clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Willingness to travel to client locations and work additional hours when transaction deadlines require it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred, but Not Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>CPA or another relevant professional qualification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Direct experience in financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings or M&amp;A transactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working with private equity-backed companies, corporate buyers or sellers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why Consider This Opportunity?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Move Closer to M&amp;A Transactions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For professionals coming from external audit, this is an opportunity to apply your accounting and financial statement expertise to transaction-related assignments and develop your financial due diligence capabilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work with Private Equity &amp;
