an ambitious finance leader to join the senior leadership team, work closely with the President and play a key role in driving business performance, financial strategy and continued growth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CFO responsibility across two insurance operating units, with a broad remit spanning accounting, financial reporting, FP&A and financial planning.<\/li>\n<li>Direct partnership with the President and wider corporate finance leadership, providing strategic insight and supporting key business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead monthly financial reporting, general ledger, expense management, annual statements and budgeting and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial controls, regulatory compliance and both GAAP and statutory reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive automation and enhance the efficiency of the finance function.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, develop and mentor a team of finance professionals, with three direct reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.<\/li>\n<li>Property & Casualty insurance experience is essential, including both STAT and GAAP insurance reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and expense management capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with direct and agency billing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with financial systems, ideally Oracle and PeopleSoft, alongside strong Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>A commercially minded leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and influence senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, sound business judgement and a proven track record of developing and engaging teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates currently operating at CFO, VP Finance, AVP or Controller level who are ready to take the next step are encouraged to get in touch. Jij bent de schakel daartussen. Je vertaalt wat de bank nodig heeft naar opdrachten die het team zonder twijfel kan uitvoeren. Daarna controleer je of wat er wordt opgeleverd ook echt klopt. Je bent tolk, regisseur en kwaliteitsbewaker in \u00e9\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Wat ga je doen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Je gaat in gesprek met de business, architecten, het datateam en servicemanagers, en je haalt boven tafel wat er moet veranderen.<\/li>\n<li>Je schrijft dat uit als heldere epics. Die zijn zo concreet dat een team op 7.000 kilometer afstand weet wat het moet bouwen.<\/li>\n<li>Je stuurt het externe team aan. Je bewaakt de voortgang, keurt opleveringen goed of af en houdt de samenwerking strak en prettig.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent mede-eigenaar van de applicaties en zorgt dat ze stabiel blijven draaien en steeds beter worden.<\/li>\n<li>Je denkt mee over de toekomst, waaronder een mogelijke overstap naar een SaaS-oplossing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Geen eindeloze backlogvergaderingen dus, maar echt eigenaarschap: van eerste idee tot werkende oplossing.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Wie zoeken we?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Iemand die zich thuis voelt tussen business en techniek, en die er energie van krijgt om complexe vragen terug te brengen tot iets wat iedereen snapt. maintain Microsoft Sentinel content and services, including telemetry onboarding, detection engineering, automation, reporting, retention management and platform monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Automate operational workflows, approval processes, compliance evidence gathering and reporting, ensuring all platform changes comply with security policies, governance standards, testing requirements and
