The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Experience <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, Statutory accounting principles, NAIC reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing general ledger processes, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and investment reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with financial software, process management, audit coordination, and performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on ISO reporting expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for improving reporting processes through automation and operational efficiencies.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Oversee the preparation, validation, and submission of ISO statistical reports across Property &amp; Casualty insurance lines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as a subject matter expert on ISO reporting requirements, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to reporting specialists, supporting team development and operational consistency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor regulatory changes and evolving ISO reporting requirements, ensuring processes remain compliant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, improve data quality, and implement automation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and submission issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and IT, to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support regulatory audits, data calls, and reporting inquiries from ISO and state regulatory authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and maintain reporting procedures, documentation, and internal controls to strengthen reporting operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Strong professional experience in <strong>Property &amp; Casualty insurance statistical reporting<\/strong>, with direct hands-on experience preparing and submitting ISO reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comprehensive understanding of ISO reporting requirements, data standards, and regulatory expectations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience across multiple P&amp;C lines of business, particularly General Liability and Commercial Auto.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated ability to review, validate, and reconcile large volumes of insurance reporting data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with Power Query and large datasets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is advantageous.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience supporting, mentoring, or leading reporting professionals is preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and nontechnical teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Candidate<\/h3>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a hands-on P&amp;C statistical reporting professional who understands the complexities of ISO reporting and can confidently manage the reporting lifecycle from data preparation through final submission.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome candidates from insurance carriers as well as insurance consulting and reporting service providers. Denk aan uitbestede warehouses, brownfield transformaties en grote onderdelen van greenfield programma&#8217;s. Voor dit team zoeken we een ervaren projectmanager die deze projecten van strategie tot operationele overdracht leidt.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Je eerste project is de realisatie van een dedicated warehouse dat wordt ontworpen en ge\u00ebxploiteerd door een logistiek dienstverlener. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering, de integratie met het bestaande netwerk, de go-live en de ramp-up. Daarna word je ingezet op andere strategische projecten binnen het portfolio.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">De complexiteit zit vooral in de samenkomst van business, techniek, operatie, leveranciers en organisatieverandering.
