internationales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vos missions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suivi et pilotage de l’activit\u00e9 Vie des filiales internationales.<\/li>\n<li>Calibrage des hypoth\u00e8ses techniques et calcul de la New Business Value (NBV).<\/li>\n<li>Valorisation des portefeuilles Vie et analyse de leur rentabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses actuarielles dans un environnement multi-normes : IFRS 17, Solvabilit\u00e9 II et normes locales.<\/li>\n<li>Support aux filiales sur les probl\u00e9matiques de pricing, provisionnement et mod\u00e9lisation actuarielle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Votre profil :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formation sup\u00e9rieure en actuariat (Master 2, \u00e9cole d’ing\u00e9nieur ou \u00e9quivalent).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum <strong>4 ans d’exp\u00e9rience en actuariat Vie<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Solide expertise IFRS 17<\/strong> et bonne connaissance de Solvabilit\u00e9 II.<\/li>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience en \u00e9pargne, mod\u00e9lisation, calibrage des change initiatives, supporting the enhancement of financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities to improve accuracy and operational effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ad hoc assignments and strategic initiatives across the Financial Control & Reporting function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements & Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in financial accounting, financial control and external reporting, ideally within the insurance or wider financial services sector.<\/li>\n<li>Good technical knowledge of Irish GAAP, particularly FRS 102 and FRS 103.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing statutory financial statements and managing month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Solvency II reporting requirements and experience dealing with regulatory submissions to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and\/or Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) would be highly advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience managing internal and external audits, including liaising with auditors and addressing audit queries.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations and financial governance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with multiple stakeholders across finance and the wider business.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate and resolve complex accounting issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver to tight reporting deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior management and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with finance transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img equity, hedge fund or investment management audit experience preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong US GAAP and financial statement auditing knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>CPA qualified or eligible to sit the examinations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated ability to manage audit deliverables and mentor junior
